This laptop is just stunning at the price. Display is sharp and you can’t complain when you get a numpad as well. Fitting in the 99 WHr battery makes portability easy. Considering the cost and putting in a mux switch, it’s an easy recommend. Only downside is there are not a ton of ports for the price. Definitely pickup a usb c dongle or dock

Love this laptop, runs the only game I play amazingly (RDR2), love the numberpad on the keyboard which I need for work since I have to type out special characters using the alt key plus number combinations. Screen is great, you don’t need more than 1080p at this size, highly recommended product.

After agonizing for several weeks on what laptop to buy to replace a 7 year old gaming laptop, i opted for this one. After receiving this laptop, I went straight to work setting it up. I loaded several games and applications. Games loaded fast an was able to play all games on highest settings. All games renedered smoothly. There are three reasosns that I did not give this laptop a 5 star review. Reason 1 is there are not enough usb ports. Reason 2 is the the amount of heat generated when gaming full tilt. Definitely need a chill mat if you plan on sitting this computer on your lap when gaming. Reason 3 is the speakers are horrible. Need to have a headet of some sort if you want to be able to hear anything, even when watching youtube or tiktok. One complaint in terms of the overall setup os where the charger plugs into. This should probably been moved to the rear of the computer instead of the right side. If you run the cord to the back, it somewhat blocks the cooling vent on that side. If you run it towards the front and you are using a mouse, it could interfere with the movements of the mouse. Having said all of that, it's still a beast of a computer. Hopefully this laptop lasts as long as my last one did.

It’s good laptop the price . Not the best characteristic but still you are able to play high demanding games . A little bit noisy when you run a game on high settings.

I purchased this computer after my purchase of a different laptop was cancelled. I was told that this laptop was better then the other laptop, and that this computer would be perfect for my needs of gaming and schoolwork. Since purchasing this laptop on July 1st, I have used it everyday since, and have been shocked at how well it has performed. I used to play games on a desktop computer that I thought was pretty good, but after using this laptop I have noticed a significant difference in quality and performance. This laptop has out performed my desktop as well as it has out performed my expectations. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone who enjoys gaming and needs a strong laptop. My only complaint is with the Ram. It comes with 16GB of ram which is more then enough for most games, but for large tier programs I required additional ram, but thankfully this laptop has room for two DDR5 ram slots, and I had no problem adding the extra ram.

Met my expectations. It plays every game over tried at maximum settings with ray tracing at over 60fps. The screen is crisp and due to the size of the screen the fact that it's only 1080 is a non issue.

Seems like a good Laptop so far. Cooling system is a bit loud. But BestBuy overall has been good to purchase through.

Very good laptop. Runs all my games at 100+ fps Battery life runs a little short but I just keep it plugged in anyways!

Tremendously happy that I purchased this Gigabyte laptop versus the Asus equivalent model. The first two Asus gaming laptops i received needed to be returned; one for faulty battery and the second for continuously forcing a system factory reset after every start up. The laptop stays cool with max end graphics on all games i am playing and is very light compared to my previous gaming laptop. I am so happy that my next gaming laptop in the future will most likely be another Gigabyte.
