I like the fact that this card is double the performance in many ways than the GTX 1070ti it replaced. The main concern I have with this card is the power connector. They had room to put a standard 8 pin connector but went with this proprietary connector...and the pins are horribly small. I contacted Nvidia tech support and they shrugged it off. Only 6 pins of the 12 pin header are even used on a 3070fe. I would feel better about this if all pins were used to lower chance of connector burning out. Good luck finding one and hope it last!

The card looks good! The backplate feels great. Card runs pretty good and I overclocked my card lightly and ran benchmark and performed in the 90th percentile out of all 3070 tests. The rgb is silly since it was just a little tiny strip. The problem I had with this card was the metal bracket. It was bent a bit and it couldn’t go into the case. I had to gently bent the metal bracket so it was straight. I had no problems with the “Gigabyte pin problems” but hopefully you don’t too.

What a great gpu, this thing is amazing, we are talking 900 fps in minecraft without shaders or optifine. With shaders 200-300. The fans turn on automatically and the rgb lighting looks great. I would highly recommend and it does very solid 1440p gaming. I know they aren't in stock much but I would recommend this.

Bought it on 01/05/2021 @ MSRP 499$(as of today prices went up 100-200$ffs). Pick up date was showing 1/14/2021 but got msg for pick up on 01/11/21 10/10 for bestbuy buying procedure. I know store location sucks but I think that's one way to stop bots. I had fear of gigabyte cards power connector issue and found 6 pin really really hard and when I tried to push psu power cable in it two pins pushed back,so I don't know if 6 pin connector is 100% in contact. Card is running very good. Thermals are great. Temp stays between 60-70degree. Beautiful looking card, very good performance. Fans on gpu don't make noise. Pretty quiet. Gaming at 1440 144hz is buttery smooth. Running every AAA game at ultra setting. Paired it with 5600x and so far so good. Recommended but not gigabyte brand.

good value, but i noticed that i had to push extra hard on one of the PCI-E power connectors since it just didnt seem to click. rgb options were pretty limited or i just couldnt get the software to work. performance wise, works as it should

My son has wanted one of these for over a month and I was able to get through best buy. This is an awesome graphics card that really pushes the games to the next level.

As with other reviews of this I too incurred the “wrath of the bots”. However in my case I had hit my PayPal already and was purchasing a GPU too. So in my case Best Buy lost a $1000+ sale. I would be interested to know if we have any legal rights since it is hard to believe that eBay already had sellers ready for resale 10 minutes after it sold out! But there is no collusion wink, wink!
