Not new, OPEN BOX, product USED

However, the order I placed was for a new item, but I received instead an OPEN BOX and the product had definitely been USED: - The box showed signs that it was open. - The plastic wrap of the GPU was already wrinkled, tape had been re-applied to close it. - The plastic peel was missing (already peeled off) on the back plate of the GPU. - The front of the GPU has some tiny scratches. Contacted BestBuy, but they refused to issue a partial refund to match the price of an open box for an item in good condition. They suggested instead that I first return the item, then wait for a new one to be shipped, estimating that I should receive it within a week. Quite a hassle, and that would leave my computer without GPU. Thanks, but no thanks. Amazon would have been a better option, with their no hassle replacement policy (get a replacement, then you ship the old item within 30 days).
