Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the exceptional performance and high FPS rates of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Aero OC, delivering smooth gameplay even at demanding 4K resolutions. Many appreciate its cool running temperatures and quiet operation, although some note its large size may be a compatibility issue for certain PC cases. A few users reported experiencing coil whine, but this was not a universal experience.

    The best video card ever

I've been using the GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Aero OC 24GB for a several months now, and it’s honestly blown me away. If you’re looking for the best of the best in terms of performance, this is it. I upgraded from a 3080, and the jump in power is incredible. I’m running all my games at 4K ultra settings, and everything is buttery smooth, even with ray tracing enabled. Pros: Performance: This thing handles everything I throw at it—AAA games, 3D rendering, video editing—you name it, it crushes it. I’m getting insane FPS even in the most demanding titles. Cooling: I was worried about overheating, especially with such a powerful card, but the cooling system is top-notch. Even after hours of gaming, the temperatures stay well within safe limits, and it’s surprisingly quiet. Design: The white aesthetic is a great touch. It fits perfectly with my white-themed build and adds a sleek, modern look. DLSS and Ray Tracing: The ray tracing performance is stunning, and with DLSS 3.0, I’m getting much higher frame rates without losing quality. Cons: Size: This card is massive. Make sure you have enough space in your case because it takes up a lot of room. I had to do some rearranging in my mid-tower to get it to fit. Power Hungry: It requires a beefy power supply. I’m running a 1000W PSU, and I feel like that’s the sweet spot, but don’t expect to run this on anything lower than 850W. Overall, this card is an absolute monster. If you have the budget and space for it, the performance is worth every penny. Perfect for gaming, productivity, or any high-performance tasks. Highly recommend!

After researching for about a month, and going back and forth about whether or not I should drop this much money on a graphics card, I've finally decided to pull the trigger. My problem is that I don't game nearly as much as I used to, so in order to justify buying the most powerful graphics card, I would have to start doing some pretty heavy gaming, which is exactly what I did. First of all, it is a gorgeous looking card. I matches my white build flawlessly. Had to install it vertically, since the glass panel in my mid-tower case would not close with the card in a horizontal position. This is my second RTX 4090 Aero. The first one was purchased elsewhere and had a pretty bad coil whine. This one has coil whine as well, but you can limit the power to around 65-70% in MSI Afterburner to make it less noisy, while still be able to enjoy its performance. It obliterates anything on ultra settings, no matter what game I throw at it. Temps peak 75C, and only because the fans are less than an inch from the glass panel. You can water cool it or simply install it horizontally in a full-tower case and you'll see the temps drop by about 10 degrees. With today's prices, if you are going to spend over $1K (and you will if you want to run any game without limitations), do not buy an RTX 4080, it is simply not worth it and you will regret it 100% at the end. Save up and get a 4090, and you'll be set for the next 7-10 years for sure.

What can I say. Super expensive card but in my case it was worth it. Even when I set my power limit to 70 for efficiency it absolutely shreds all my games at 4k high settings and surpasses my monitors max refresh rate (160+ fps).  I personally waited for this instead of the gaming oc because I wanted a more simple and clean look with minimalistic rgb and this was just the card for me. Did experience a little coil whine on newer titles but the fans are louder than the winning sound. When it comes to pros it's the best card on the market and it looks beautiful. My only negative experience was the slight coil whine mentioned earlier and the 16 pin 12v hpwr cable. I'll be waiting for my cable mod 90° adapter in order to put on my side panel again but well worth the small sacrifice. Overall this was a Best Buy and I am all set for decades.

I've had this card for about a year now, and it’s been amazing. It plays everything I throw at it on ultra settings without any issues. Plus, it’s super quiet—no coil whine at all, which is rare for a card this powerful. On top of that, it looks absolutely beautiful in my case. The white design really stands out and gives my build a clean, sleek vibe. The only thing I had to do was grab a support bracket because the card’s so big it was flexing the port. It only cost me $8, and it’s totally worth it to keep everything stable. Honestly, with how well this thing performs, I don’t think I’ll need to upgrade for at least 10 years. If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d say go for it—you won’t regret it!

I think this card is big even for the standards of a 4090 but it stays cool fans turn on around 45c and the card never hits anything above 72c. The only negative i had was the coil whine when under load but its since went away and is an issue that plagues all of the 4090 anyways the silicon lottery also has a lot to do with that. In my opionion other than that i think the card us an absolute beast.

Awesome card. It's a 4090 so obviously performance wise its incredible, but i love the white amd silver finish. Perfectly matches the rest of my pc. Have had it for close to 5 months now and have had no issues. Zero coil whine.

This GPU is quite nice. Looks nice and I haven't pushed it to its limits.....yet. It comes with an anti sag bracket that fixes to the motherboard using longer standoffs. Performance so far at idle about 35 degrees C. Hits to about 60C maybe a lil more during gaming sessions. With a 5950x it gets 180-240fps at 4k. I think it can do better with a different newer setup. It is shorter in length than the other (except that AIO gpu) gpus. It can barely fit in an NZXT H510 mid tower case. It fits in a Lian Li case pretty close to the glass. I suggest getting that 12........ power cable for it in white. (Look at the pic). Unless you want to go LED. Which I want to do later on. It also pretty much takes up 4 slots. (3.5) I have no complaints for the GPU. Had it for about a year and its going strong and does whatever I want just fine.

This thing is a monster. Definitely need a sag bracket ( 1 is included ). I tried a GPU stand and it was to tall, seen in the photo. Completes my all white buid and the RGB is perfect. Tough to catch in stock but can be had with a little bit of effort.

Let me say that I did not need this level of power for this upgrade. Crushes every single game I send its way with no noise from its fans, no coil whine at all. I had a 6900XT before and that had plenty of coil whine to the point where I could hear it with headphones on. I can finally play Cyberpunk, Helldivers 2, etc without having my PC become a nuclear reactor. Just make sure you have a CPU to keep up with the FPS this power unit puts out and have a case large enough to be able to cool/fit this massive thing. Yes, it is expensive and yes maybe you don't need it but with this, you don't need to buy anything else for the next 5-10 years.

The best leap in performance ever from previous generation. I finally don't have to choose between max settings or 4k 120 fps. The last card you'll need for years and years. Ive owned the 2080ti and the 3090, 3dMark results are shown in photos.

Excellent gpu! Great for 4k 144hz gaming. Getting temps around 70c on AAA titles. I would recommend getting a 1000 w+ gpu with the new 12vhpwr connector if you are also buying a psu at the same time. Got mine as open box and have had no issues so far.

What a beast of a card. Do i regret paying so much, yes however if you want to drive a Samsung GEO 9 @ 250htz 49" 5120x1440 then this is the beast to do it. I play BF 2042 and COD MWII all on max setting at 250 htz. What a dream. Just make sure you not being cheap on CPU, MB, Ram and a nice power supply and it will treat you right. I did ding it on value and only gave it 3 starts cuz 1.8k is insane, but also the only card to push my monitor to my eye candy
