Got mine for 729. Not msrp but overall, the card has been awesome. Didnt have any of the fan issues other reviews have mentioned. Playing HelllDivers 2 at ultra settings and native 4k rendering, and its butter smooth. Card designed and built well

Worked great out of the box! Used in a first time build for a buddy of mine and he is loving it! Pairs nicely with the 9900X3D. Great value if you can get one close to MSRP. Very happy with the performance of this card! Love the design and visual ques of this card!

I bought a 5070 TI for almost $1,100 just too much money it took about 3 weeks and finally got the 9070 XT more than happy that I did can't see any difference in the performance and save me over $300

Very solid gpu. Great perforamnce in games and productivity applications. I do folding at home when im not home and it crunches through that much faster than my old gpu. Wish the price was closer to msrp though.

Card performs well, oc and uv well and quiet fans but the terrible coil whine made it terrible. Combined with the mid price of it, I’m returning it and waiting for a different model of 9070xt or a 5070ti

The 9070XT is an incredibly well-performing card at a reasonable value given the current state of the market and options available.
This card is priced over the base MSRP model, but what it does get you is (1) a GPU, don't fool yourself thinking base MSRP models will ever return to stock, they won't, if you missed them at launch they're gone; (2) an out of the box OC (meh); and (3) higher power draw (for more performance and aggressive tuning) that you won't get from a base MSRP card. This allows the card a lot of flexibility if you're looking to tune it - you can opt to crank the power for extra performance and get about 6% or so more out of it if you wanna go that route, or instead drop the power draw and undervolt it to use less power for roughly equivalent performance to the stock tuning while staying way cooler. I went for the latter (-25% power @ peak 248w, and a stable -70v with fast memory timing - higher undervolts work in many games but caused instability in a limited amount in others).
I've not experienced coil whine or issues with the card - my biggest complaint would be the cable management of having to run 3x8 power connectors to the thing, but that's still better than 12vHP. It's also large, but not that much bigger than my Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super it replaced for me.
If you can get your hands on one, I'd recommend. Any partner model priced higher than this card is likely not worth your money.

Coming from a 3070 Ti 8gb this graphics card is definitely worth it for the increase performance and 16gb vram. Out of the box it is fairly quiet with acceptable temps. When tweaked for efficiency, the max temps during gaming I get are just above 50c without any noticeable sacrifice to performance. Tweaks also make it even quieter, making me have moments where I wonder if the gpu is even working and getting power.

Very fast, temperatures are good for a 300+ watt gpu, no coil whine, fans are not loud. My timespy score was about 10,000 with my rx 6600xt, now is about 24,500 with a ryzen 7 5800x (non-3d). Very noticeable improvement and will stretch the lifespan of this current rig for at least a few more years. Thank you Best Buy for your reservation process which allowed me to actually get one of these.

The 9070XT is an extremely efficient card. It runs quietly and at a low temperature. The AMD Adrenalin software allows for customizing things like the power consumption settings as well as the fan curves, while also providing an array of software features to further boost the card's performance.

Quiet and cool, with functional 0RPM mode if desired. Great performance, factory OC with 330W TDP up from 304W. Allows an additional +10% TDP in AMD adrenalin for 360W if desired. Memory temps reach up to 90C on stock settings if you worry about that, my unit has SK Hynix memory.

The Gigabyte RX 9070 XT Gaming OC is a fantastic choice for gamers looking for high performance at a reasonable price. It offers strong rasterization, improved ray tracing, and efficient cooling, making it a worthy competitor to NVIDIA’s RTX 5070 Ti. If you’re looking for a powerful mid-range GPU, this card is definitely worth considering.

Despite what people are saying right now about the whole graphics card shortages this is still an amazing deal for what it is, sure it is above the set MSRP but realistically speaking they won't drop anytime soon. I will say my only complaint is just how bad the Best Buy que system is.

Awful value, bad coil whine

What does this "premium" OC model get you for the additional $130 over MSRP? It's literally the same cooler and pcb as the MSRP model, just with a whopping 5% overclock. My particular unit had very bad coil whine, it was louder than the fans and everything else in my build. The cooler is also undersized, and this card runs hot. Hot spot temps were near 90c (88.9c according to HWINFO) and memory temps reached 94c. That's just too hot for $130 over the MSRP. I am using a O11 Vision with bottom and side intake and there's plenty of airflow and access to cool air in my build - expect this card to run even hotter if you don't have sufficient airflow in your case. There doesn't seem to be anything "premium" about this model to justify the increased price at all.
If this card was an MSRP model at $600 I could have potentially lived with these faults, as there are many positive features of these 9070 XTs. With some slight tuning I was able to achieve better than out of the box performance using significantly less power - I was able to limit power draw -20% and set an undervolt of -.80 with an overclock value of +500 (which it will not achieve, but will run at a maximum clock based on load and power). All of this was easily done through the better than the competition adrenaline software. Surprisingly games were a few fps HIGHER than stock while using around 270 watts (stock is 330). The card ran cooler (hot spot was a much better 80c), but memory still ran warm at 92c. Not to mention FSR 4 actually being good... but RNDA 4 is surprisingly efficient as well (when tuned).
It's a shame AMD isn't doing anything to resupply MSRP models. I have been checking best buy and other competitors (microcenter being one) and since launch there hasn't been any MSRP cards - this card is as close as it has come to $600 to get a 9070XT, and it just feels bad at $730. AMD insists that MSRP models are a priority but I think they are just "jebating" gamers. If they wanted to have MSRP models on store shelves they could easily do so. I'm returning this for the coil whine and awful cooler/value. I can't recommend this card at the current price.

The card runs things very well at 1440p with plenty of vram to spare for future games. The price of $730 is alright given the current market but it would be very good closer to MSRP. The card itself is remarkably cool and quiet except I got a little unlucky and got one with some coil whine. Even with the coil whine it's quieter than my old card however.

I couldn't use it since it needed 3 8-pin power connectors, which is one more than my older power supply has, unfortunately. But it looks like otherwise good value. So I'm returning it, but hopefully somebody else can get good value and mileage out of it.

Solid card if you can find it at or close to msrp. Overall great 4k performance, but the most modern games will still struggle a bit and require compromises. Flawless at 1440p or below
