My Pixel 2 XL came in like new condition in a general Best Buy box from geek squad. The original Google box and accessories did not come with it. This is kind of what I thought would happen, but hoped to get them. Yes, it is unlocked for everyone asking. It works perfectly after charging it up because the battery was completely dead.

Coming from the Samsung Galaxy note 8 and a note user since the note 2, was wanting to try the pure Android from Google, love it definitely looking forward to the Pixel 4XL. The Pixel 2XL has been surprisingly good the camera is awesome and I love the Android system without any manufacturer skin applied,

this is def a nice phone! I've always cheaped out and bought 200buk phones that don't last more than a year or so but this is a nice step up for not much with the refurb pricing! honestly i can see the difference between a cheap phone and this phone... nice smooth fast.. couple glitches ive seen but not sure if it's due to the refurb issues or fluke. im very disappointed however that i didn't get the og box or instructions the Sim pin the audio cord or the very important quick switch adapter to transfer info from my old phone.. many people haven't made the switch over to usb-c yet so I'm bummed... i can't believe that for as many refurbed phones that they have at that price that they allllll got returned w/o every last accessory & w/o a box.. overall i can see that it's the problem from the weird blue lighting at various angles on the screen but coming from cheaper quality screens from cheaper built phones it doesn't bother me much.. i also got a refurb pixelbook also without box and instructions.. and it pairs nicely with the pixel 2xl cell.. after trying different brands of computing in the past I'm over the big box competition between the competitive name brands and im over windows apples and i just really love Android!! so Androids owner google was a top winning brand for me and they had not only the pixel book but the pixel phone... go google! but gimme my accessories and ill give you back your last star!

The Google Pixel 2 XL is a great phone. It's fast, has fast charging, and this would have been a great deal if Best Buy did include all the OEM accessories with the phone. I received the phone and the Charing cable was definitely not OEM which when I got my phone it was completely dead. The aftermart charger seem like it was not charging. I let it charge for 30 mins and still blinking the red light on the phone and would not power on. So I connected it to my USB C on my Mac computer then the phone only took less than 30 seconds to come on. Also, I was disappointed that I did not get an headphone adapter nor the transfer data adapter. So when you buy this phone just make sure you know that the accessories are not OEM and you will only receive the phone, charging cable and USB wall charger. No instructions at all.

Gets through the whole day with 55% left in the evening. Exceptionally great camera. Couple of bugs with Google Assistant and Pixel Buds.

Glad to have FINALLY stopped using Windows Phones after several years! Bought this refurbished Pixel 2 XL after cashing in some Best Buy points. This phone is excellent! It is my first Android phone and I love it! I will be keeping it for a while; probably until it breaks. My only complaint is that Best Buy wound up discounting the BNIB version (which comes with all of the accessories, whereas the refurb only comes with a wall charger and USB C cable) a couple weeks after I bought my phone

The pixel 2 XL is a joy to use. Extended battery life that is still at 35% after a full day of use. The camera is top of the line. The display is good but not as good as the Iphone x or the samsung galaxy 8 ones. I got this phone from the refurbished sale and it came with its original charger in a geek squad box. It looks and works just as a brand new phone would.

I am very impressed with the performance of this device. Feels completely brand new, but does not having the original box. The OEM charger also came with the phone. There is a slight blue shift on the screen, but not that big of a deal.

The unit arrived 3 days earlier then expected and came with the oem charger and phone. It was in excellent shape. No dings or scretched. When i start it up i did notice the blue shift on axis on sharp angles but my perception of this has faded. If i dont point it out to others they dont notice and neither do i. After putting the phone display into saturate it look beautiful. The os is zippy and i alway turn off animations in development mode regardless of what phone I am using. Loving the smooth use, camra and the stock andriod experience.

First phone I received was defective but I'm still willing to give a full 5 star review based on best buys customer service and how easy it was to resolve the problem. I called the 1 800 number and they sent out a new device with free 2 day shipping before I even returned my defective device. The 2nd phone I received is in absolute mint condition, battery life is still perfect. Couldn't be happier with the device at this price point. And all the talk about the camera is true. It really is great. I will be ordering one for my girlfriend soon. Can't go wrong.

The phone which I received is like a brand new phone. It is unlock right away. I have the white Pixel 2 XL with Verizon service. I purchased this one for a backup reason in case any thing going wrong.

My issues might be specifically related to my unit, but my Bluetooth had shoddy coverage and the screen exhibited many issues such as black crush, black jello effect, strong blue tint. If these were fixed it would be one of the best phones of the year.

Phone arrived in a generic box in like new condition. Oem accessories were not included, but type C cable and non fast charging brick were provided. After one week of use I have found no issues with this device. At this price and condition there is no better deal on a refurbished Pixel 2 XL.

Great phone so far, good battery life and takes awesome pics, also you get unlimited picture storage for free in the google cloud

The Google pixel 2 XL has been by far the best choice I've ever made in regarding phones!! The Android updates like the 9 Pie are one of many reasons why this phone is amazing. Most phones are just you get what you buy, but with the Google having constant upgrades to it's UI, camera, etc make it so that this phone is evovling to be better than when it was first released. I love this phone, it's camera, and it's smooth UI system!

Can't tell that this phone isn't new. Use it on Project Fi and it works great. Battery life is amazing!

I'm very impressed with how much this phone can do at the price I paid, which is just over $400, it's amazing. I had an HTC u11 before this and I got to say I appreciate the flexibility of the squeeze control HTC gives the user. This phone, it only opens google assistant. The colors are more vibrant in the u11 compared to this phone but otherwise the camera quality is terrific.

Waited long time to get smart phone. Camera is awesome, screen view is really clear. Having a little trouble getting used to all the functionality, and the APPS I need to do the things I want with the phone. Access to internet is easy, making phone calls is easy, but I'm having trouble getting into all the features of the phone. Facebook interface is different from my PC access. Over all I am please with the Pixel choice for my phone. Excellent price versus new one.

A few things feel buggy, not fully polished. Otherwise a very good phone, especially at $500 price point.

Camera is the best. Definitely the best Android phone.
