Have been using this phone for about 5 months now, and can't really complain about anything.

-Durability-
I purchased the "case" sold by Google with the 'G' on the back of it. Its a rubbery yet stiff case and has protected the rear protrusion for the camera well. The back glass nor the front glass have been cracked or scratched and I am infamous for dropping my phone on the worst possible surfaces lol
5/5
-Battery Life-
Right out of the box, this phone only comes with a cable (USB C - USB C) and no power brick. I used the brick and charger from my last phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10) and it is a Rapid Charger. When I plug this phone in before bed, there is an option for "Adaptive Charging", meaning it will slowly charge and target a 100% charge for when your first alarm goes off in the morning. This, I'm confident, has prolonged the batteries lifespan all on it's own! I can get through MOST days without needing to plug it in and that's saying a lot for most standard users these days; with playing music, watching videos, scrolling through social media apps, texting, calling for the better part of the day.
5/5
-Screen Quality-
Image is sharp, clear, and the color temperature adjustments are easily accessed. The quality is what you'd expect from any high end device.
5/5
-Camera Quality-
It may not be the best camera in a phone on the market anymore, but it is definitely more than adequate for taking pictures with your cell phone. We get so hung up on these seemingly major details when really, we need to just relax with the pictures and videos on our phones and look at the world through our own eyes more often than through the processed images our phone makes when we're experiencing things. If you're a content creator and that is how you make a living, I would expect you're using a dedicated camera/mic for your content capturing. This rivals that.
5/5
-Ease of Use-
5/5
If you've made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope this helps you even just a little bit in your decision to purchase/not to purchase a device that suits you.

There's a lot to like about this phone. Quick, good screen, love the immediate updates. The camera is a particularly good feature.
The not so great: I liked the size of my 5 much better. I also liked the fingerprint unlock on the back - it was easier and quicker to respond. Perhaps the most surprising thing is that this phone STRUGGLES using both Google Maps and Spotify simultaneously, and the battery life is maybe 2/3s of a day with use.
I do like this phone and would get it again.

I switched to the Google Pixel after many years of having a Samsung phone. One reason was due to the price difference. It took a little bit to get used to the navigation. One thing I would change is the notifications. If you miss the notification, it does not repeat with the sound or have the light in the corner as the Samsung phone did.

Good overall performance and battery life.
Upgraded from my PIxel 2 that was a bit long in the tooth and whose battery was dieing om me.
Overall this was a very nice upgrade. I must say some of the changes made to Android on this version really seem like a step backward in usability.
I still wish is was a little smaller. Seems like each generation of phone get bigger and bigger. I'd rather be able to reach everything on my screen easier.

Needed a new phone and decided to stay with the Google Pixel. I researched for months before purchasing the phone and so far so good. It will take sometime for me to get use to the many changes from my previous phone, Pixel 3. One reason I waited so long was I preferred the fingerprint scan on the back of the phone but am getting used to it on the front screen. It hasn’t been as glitchy as others have experienced so far and I don’t care much about a lot of the features many bloggers talk or complain about. So overall I’m happy with the upgrade so far. One issue I do have is more with the Best Buy staff who was more concerned with what their friends were doing and what was for lunch than helping the customers waiting to speak to someone about a new phone or in my case activating my phone and transferring my information. Also it was frustrating the find out that the staff working in the phone section didn’t know much about the Pixel. If you work in that area you should know about every phone being sold. The only saving grace was one of the managers who finally came over to help.

always wanted to try a pixel phone and with this version, I thought it was time to try it. also, my previous phone was slowing down and konking out. looks great, has a great new processor called Tensor, and runs super smooth. I really didn't have any problems with my phone. the only thing that sort of works is the bluetooth only connects to earbuds not speakers. otherwise it's a great phone.

This is one of the best Pixel's phones ever made. After a few updates this phone is hard to beat at this price point. If your in the market for a phone this is a great choice. Good battery life and a great camera experience.

I'm happy with it, coming from a Pixel 3XL. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about regarding issues. I've had no issues with bluetooth, cellular or wifi connections. The fingerprint reader is not the fastest or most reliable, but its not terrible enough to make me want to return the phone. There are some guides online that help you reduce fingerprint latency, including increasing screen sensitivity, and storing multiple prints for the same finger to aid in unlocking speed.

The phones my wife and I had were 5 years old, so it was time to upgrade. We always get Android phones, so I checked reviews and availability and decided on the Pixel 6 256GB. Our old phones had a fraction of that storage space, which limited how many apps we could use.
The Pixel phones are great, easy to use and without a lot of the clutter that other phone companies put on the phones. Since Google is the company that makes Android, they seem to know what they're doing.

The phone quality, battery and camera are good but I'm still getting used to the different swipe movements to show open apps etc. It is not very intuitive nor are motions easily distinguished from one to the next. The most frustrating thing is the fingerprint reader, in a word, it is horrible! I have read up on how it should work, re-done my print, pressed harder, left my finger on longer. It is inconsistent at best and utterly useless at worst.

Long-term iPhone user here. Got bored using the same OS for so long. Decided to make the leap to the Pixel and I'm so glad I did. Tons of neat and quirky features that are super useful. The best part is the price. It's a steal for what you get.
