Customers have good things to say about the Pixel Tablet's sound quality, ease of use, and screen size, frequently praising its immersive viewing experience and impressive audio. Many also appreciate the long battery life and sleek design. While some find the price to be high, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern. The tablet's lightweight nature is also a recurring positive comment.

The Pixel Tablet is probably the best piece of "smart" hardware I've ever used or owned, across different phones/tablets/TVs/etc. Google's particular flavor of Android OS makes everything very intuitive to use and set up, and it probably won't be long until you've got everything customized exactly how you like it.
The screen looks fantastic, and is just about the perfect size for viewing without adding a ton of weight to the device. The sound from the tablet itself and the included speaker/charging dock is great, though admittedly I'm not an audiophile that cares about the finer details of that sort of thing.
I only have a few (minor) complaints about the Pixel Tablet. With the device's seemingly-intended orientation being landscape rather than portrait, it's actually easier to find a good picture/image for your home screen's background/wallpaper. However, switching to portrait on the home screen causes the background to focus on only a small portion of the left side of whatever image you have set. There's options to change this, but changing how the background is displayed in portrait mode also affects how it looks in landscape, and there's no way to set that independently. I like to have as much of an image as possible shown for my device backgrounds, so my best solution for this is to only ever have the tablet in landscape until an app or game is best used in portrait.
Another complaint is that while the speakers are good in terms of audio quality, they're not really placed in a smart location. Again, the device's seemingly-intended orientation is landscape rather than portrait, but the speakers are on the shorter sides of the device. Depending on how you use the device, it's very easy to end up blocking the speakers with your hands or something else entirely. If I'm laying in bed on my side using the tablet, I often accidentally cover a speaker on one side with my hand while the other gets muffled from being pressed into the bed.
With all that being said, still an excellent device and I'm planning on getting another in a different color to gift to my mom.

I pre-ordered this product as I was really excited about it. The tablet is really cool: fingerprint enabled unlock, magnetic mount to speaker base, able to link to Google Home to control smart devices and can even double as a Google Tv Remote. While playing music with this tablet can be done mounted or unmounted, the speaker base plays the music while the tablet is docked, and thr tablet itself plays music while undocked. The speaker is not as impressive as the Google Nest speaker, or the Google Hub/Max speakers, like I was expecting. The base also has little prongs that have to match up exactly to the tablets prongs in order for it to charge - slightly bumping may result in needing to adjust the tablet for charging. There is built-in battery protection that is supposed to enhance battery life, which is cool. Transferring your phone apps is also as easy as connecting your Android phone to the tablet via USB-C. Just FYI, you add thr tablet/dock to Google Home through the tablet - I couldn't do this through the Home app on my phone.

I love this tablet with the charging dock speaker. It's not a Bose quality speaker but it does add a richer sound than the tablet speaker itself. I've been using pixel phones for years and this tablet is perfect. I don't have to play with different operating systems.

This is exactly what I wanted. For at home use and for email, social media and simple tasks. It is intuitive if you have a android device already. The dock works great (I don't have home security, so i can't review on that) I use the biometric sign on. Very easy and can add multiple finger prints.

I do miss the days of old when Android tablets flourished, the Google Nexus line of tablets were what Samsung is today. This tablet is, to put it simply, a Google Nest Max that's portable. Great features, fingerprint senors is super responsive, voice assistance is easy to setup and control. Even for the non-smart consumer, something simple as asking for the weather, setting a reminder, or searching for great streaming content...... it's as if Rosie from the Jetsons was made in Tablet form.

My favorite artifact of the scientific age, hands-down - it makes me feel in-control of my life enough to be able to simmer-again!
The device is pleasurable to use and is the most responsive device I've yet interfaced with in a hand-eye_mind coordination; I use mine at meals, and don't feel in-danger or embarrassed (like harassment) using it there for its angle and height!

I'm writing a bad review because of Best buy's customer service. The tablet came with several free subscriptions. One of them to YouTube which I could not get to work. No matter how many times I called Best Buy I got the runaround. I left messages but never got a return phone call. Nobody wanted to handle the issue so they would route me to the next apartment and then the phone would go dead. I tried for weeks but Best Buy apparently does not want to honor their customer service obligations. Maybe if I write a bad review Best Buy will get off their butt and actually give me a phone call to fix the problem!

The Google Pixel Tablet with its Charging Speaker Dock is a tech marvel that blends functionality, style, and entertainment seamlessly. The 11" display size offers an immersive viewing experience while maintaining portability—a perfect balance for work and play.
The standout feature for me is the impeccable display quality. The vibrant colors and crisp resolution make streaming, gaming, or even working a delight. Whether I'm binge-watching my favorite series or editing documents, the visuals are consistently impressive.
The inclusion of a robust 256GB storage capacity ensures ample space for apps, media, and files without worrying about running out of room. The Wi-Fi capability ensures seamless connectivity, allowing me to stay productive or entertained wherever I am.
The addition of the Charging Speaker Dock is a game-changer. Not only does it provide a convenient way to charge the tablet, but the speakers deliver impressive sound quality. It's a fantastic accessory that adds value by enhancing both charging convenience and audio experience.
Being an Android tablet, the user interface is intuitive and customizable, offering a smooth and user-friendly experience. The integration of Google services further elevates its functionality, making tasks like scheduling, emailing, and web browsing effortless.
The design is sleek and modern, complemented by the Hazel color, giving it a sophisticated and premium look. Plus, the build quality feels durable and sturdy, adding to its overall appeal.
While it's a pricier option, the Google Pixel Tablet with Charging Speaker Dock in the 11" variant is a worthy investment for those seeking top-notch performance, stunning visuals, and a versatile device that effortlessly transitions between work and entertainment. It's a testament to Google's commitment to innovation and quality in the realm of tablets.

Bought this tablet not knowing what to expect. At the end of the day i would gladly take this over a ipad, and Samsung tablet. I love the software, the dock feature, battery life, speakers (Stereo imaging on this device beats the ipad speakes by a long shot), and the screen. Yeah its not OLED but who cares. There is a reason that the Samsung frame tv that turns into artwork like this device does when docked, doesnt use a OLED. The dock feature i thought would be a gimmick but I use all time. People complain about the aspect ratio? What wrong with it, sure its a little taller than normal, but I appreciate that extra screen real estate when doing. I dont mind the bars at the top and bottom of the screen when streaming because tvs are a better way to consume content anyway. Would recommend.

Google tablet is awesome! This tablet is fast and doesn't delay or stutter opening different apps. Screen display size is perfect. And the speaker/charging dock? Totally awesome. I have the dock set up on my work desk so I can listen to music I have on my tablet while I work. I also have it paired to my phone so I am able to get notifications while on my tablet.

Great tablet and use-case with the speaker dock. I have owned an iPad for the past few years and barely touch it. I questioned if I needed another tablet, but I'm really glad I got this. It's replaced my Amazon echo show in my bedroom and I find myself grabbing it to more easily do online tasks I would typically use my phone for, like shopping, reading, catching up on news. It's well built, comfortable to hold, and works great as a smart home hub. The speaker quality is very good for casual listening as well.

Great battery life, only complaint is that the docking sometimes doesn't initiate charging, you have to check that it connected properly every time.
Not sure I would have paid the full price, but very worth it when on sale.

I was looking for a replacement tablet for months. I wanted to get a Pixel tablet if possible, but balked at the price. I thought I might just bite the bullet and order one anyway, but then I saw this refurbished on Best Buy. I got this delivered and promptly opened it. The box was really taped up but everything looked brand new. I've been using it now for weeks and really like it. It's much faster and easier to use than my old Samsung Tab S4 tablet.

The form factor is great. Love that you can attach it to the hub and get pretty decent room filling sound. Not the best for productivity. But again, in terms of using it as a home device to control smart home features and surf the Web and listen to music, it does a great job.

Good product, it is a very fast tablet, battery last long. The only con it is that the tablet camera can't be view or use as a security camera as the google dock
