This is perfect for traveling, some planes have plug in for headset and others use your device and wifi. This is so I can have the best of both. I use it when I travel.

I didn't realize when I had to replace my phone on an emergency basis that the Pixel 6a didn't come with a headphone jack, so this little doohickey is a life saver to easily adapt my phone to the AUX plug in my car and on my corded headphones. I can't detect any loss of audio quality and the adapter is small enough that it doesn't get obnoxious. I bought 3 just so I didn't have to worry about carrying it around different places. While the ideal would've still been to have a headphone jack, this was a relatively cheap and good quality workaround to cover for my purchasing goof.

This adapter allows me to listen to standard wired headsets with the male 3.5mm plugs. It converts the USB-C charging port of my Note 10 to a 3.5mm standard headphone jack. And...not only does it play music into the headset, it also works with phone calls! The jack includes wiring so that the headset microphone works and you can hear and talk during phone calls, in both ears. You could also use it to play your phone's music into the AUX input of an audio system, if needed. So, this adapter is a very cheap fix ($12) for the lack of a 3.5mm jack on any new phone. I'm happy with mine and recommend it to others.

Bad product only uses for 1 month no work more bad no good

I've had ubc to 3.5mm adapters before, but they almost always had a static sound when connecting the 3.5mm to the adapter. You had to rotate it once inserted to get the static to stop, but with this one, no static EVEN if i rotate it after inserted. Win for price. Definitely would buy again.

With all the transitioning from one type of cable standard to another as phones are upgraded, it can get annoying having to pay for all kinds of adapters or special headphones just so everything is compatible once again. This tiny audio adapter took care of a void in my life I didn't realize could be filled. It's easy to carry with you and hardly costs a thing if it needs to be replaced. It will even allow you to plug your standard 3.5mm headphones into a laptop that lacks a headphone jack, provided it has the new USB-C.

At the time of purchase it was $8 and some change. I needed an adapter for my samsung galaxy note 10+. Sadly it seems to be the norm to not include a 3.5mm headphone jack on new phones. Samsung had also not released an adapter except for the included proprietary headphones. Their adapter was on preorder for $15. Thus i turned to alternate sources. Bestbuy and google have a good product here. I have tested this adapter back to a note 5. Seems to work great on all of them. Sadly not all adapters are created equal. I have tried some amazon adapters and they didnt work, or had terrible quality sound. As always, shop smart and cautiously. I hope this helps future adapter seekers

Great audio out for USB C, Easy to use, very effective.

This works perfectly to let me use my older earbuds with my Google Pixel 6. At first I felt like the headphones were not attaching securely. Then I. realized that it needed to give it a good push to snap the headphones into the adapter. Music, talk, and a movie on an airplane all sound great.

Works great and works as expected. Easy to purchase. Was located at the front of the store and it was in stock. Inexpensive item at around $11.00.

I purchased the Google -USB-C-to-3.5mm adapter because I needed an adapter for my samsung galaxy note 10 2019 model since it didn't have a jack for standard wired headsets with the male 3.5mm plugs. Amazing that a name brand product actually costs the same as the clones. And the product is better. I had to return a clone to Amazon when it stopped working after a couple days. This adapter is used everyday and on different devices. No issues or complaints.
