plastic feels light but is sturdy. clear pole I think makes for better selfies. love the remote holder which makes taking pics and video much more convenient. minus one star due to the device that tightens/loosens to adjust pole length is not so easy because it has a rubber seal to keep air tight so water does not go into the hollow pole to keep it afloat. like the tightener screw to attach the GoPro compared to the OEM screw but my screw has a slight defect that I figured out I must always start screw at a certain angle for it to go in correct/smooth

My family and I love this product, it is very easy to use and set-up. I think it is a must if you have a go pro camera!

Brought this for my brother for his GoPro and he loves it. Used it on our cruise and it was a great accessory to have.

The extension length is perfect for what I’ve used it for. Floats when I’ve tried it in the pool but haven’t dared to try it in the ocean. 4 stars because water does drip inside, no way to unscrew some of the parts to clean it out. Had to let it sit to dry.

Did exactly a what I wanted to and more!!! Took it snorkeling and never had to worry about losing my gopro!!!!

this is a great pole for the go pro. it is nice that it can be used for close use or extended and used for longer range also. the built in remote holder is awesome and the whole thing floats!!!

Use this with GoPro Hero 4 Black edition and it is awesome. Comes with a wifi remote holder and it really does float! But you need to get the floaty backdoor for the camera just to be safe.

This monopod is better than GoPro monopod in my opinion. Build quality is good although I have'nt tried it yet using on water to check its floating capability. I recommend this product.

Used at at the lake worked great no issues while tubing and skiing would recommend to others love it

I bought this GoPro Pole for my daughters to go along with the GoPro camera and head strap I bought them for Christmas. They needed something that they could hold and extend, and also take in the water with them when on vacations. They just used it Greece, and have already created an amazing little movie with it! Very easy to use and they were able to take it everywhere, including under water! Highly recommend this!

Does the job of being a selfie stick, little pricey and the plastic can damage if dropped.

I had a extension for my gopro but it doesn't float. This is a great option for water use.

I bought the GoPole Evo over a couple other floating extendable GoPro mounts. I do a lot of paddle boarding and wanted something that could act as a good hand grip, float reliably and extend to get good landscape shots. I've used it a few times out on the water and it has met all of those needs. My only complaint is that it feels a little flimsy at the point where it extends. There's a little bit of a rattle like it's not tightened up, even though it is completely tight. Not a big deal. You can hear a little rattle in the audio occasionally, but that's to be expected with a GoPro anyway. Overall I'm really pleased with the purchase and would recommend it if you need an extendable floating pole for GoPro.

I love the gopole evo! at first it felt like it was too short but it ended up working out better than expected with how fast it would take pictures and video from the gopro.

Since it's made out of plastic it won't rust. It also floats so that definitely helps when you're going snorkeling. One of the best accessories for the GoPro camera.

Just got the gopole evo, and its great! Lightweight, low visibility in camera shot, and it's length is adjustable. Great product! I will try to use it in the water ASAP.
