Love the 360 feature great camera great use for motorcycles

I need a 360 camera, but I also needed something that was durable, reliable, and worked with my existing equipment. I used it at my son's wedding and it came through. I was able to stream it live so family far away could watch.

Absolutely breathtaking camera!! The touchscreen is smooth and app is awesome as well! But the only thing is is, you would want to upgrade to the Enduro battery because it eats battery life otherwise.

Great product makes editing so fun when you get a full 360 shot!!! Could be. Etter with higher fps but yea that will happen with the new one hopefully

This camera is the best ever, even under water. The editing app also is user friendly.

Been wanting this go pro for a while so they offered me a best buy card which it was easy to apply. And here i am with an awesome camera

It was alright. Upgraded to a insta 360 shortly after purchase because the editing software was to much of a pain to use.

It's perfect for me, I put it in front and I can record the whole adventure

My GoPro Max came with a stain in the screen, weird but true. Maybe is just an error of GoPro.

I got the Open Box Excellent condition (they advertised it to be in its original packaging with all original accessories) but mine was in some small white box and is missing a lot of the accessories. I was on a time crunch as I was flying out of the country same day and would not be back till August — so only realized the package was in fact missing some stuff after I got back home. Went back to store and asked for help, but even the staff was confused and they couldn’t really do anything as no other open-box items was available. In the end I just sucked it up — don’t really mind the missing accessories, but wish they didn’t advertise it as having all original accessories in original packaging if it wasn’t.

Super cool camera. Was worried about how to edit the footage but found it very simple using the GoPro app. Stabilization isn’t as advanced as the newer hero’s but still very good!

I love my GoPro Max 360 this gives me the best POV videos yet! Since I can't show any videos, I'll post some pictures I took with it. I purchase three extra batteries since my rides are generally more than the 80 minutes that the one battery provided by GoPro gives me. Only had to wait 3 days for my GoPro to be delivered to Best Buy in San Marcos.

A good upgrade to the GoPro system with the potential of 360 views from the two lenses. Battery life is so so like most GoPro. The focuses pretty quick and the saturation of the colors and the sharpness of the picture are very good. Most of the photos are in the wide range of view. The GoPro system for downloading the photos is pretty seamless. The only issue is it’s response to vocal commands, frequently. It’s a bit erratic, but I don’t think that is particular to just this camera.

Bought this camera for motorcycle footage and is absolutely perfect. Even feel off my bike and the rubber took all the damage, not a scratch on the lenses or screen and still works perfectly!

Great camera and excellent video! The playback is super crisp and sharp, surprisingly so. I've recorded using the chest harness and head strap, and each fits comfortably and performs well. At first, though, the harness attachments aren't very intuitive nor while reading the instruction manual, so I had to YouTube how to attach the camera to the chest harness. Some other flaws are the loading of the camera battery. Please read the instruction manual before opening and loading the battery. And to unlock the battery compartment was extremely difficult the first time and not very intuitive. Make sure you read the instruction manual or ask someone who has one (or ask a Best Buy professional, which I did).

I’ve been a GoPro user for the last year and a half or so. I started with the GoPro 8 and upgraded to this one. The 360 camera is a game changer and can shoot videos almost as if a drone is following you around (this works great for my biking videos). It also doubles as a regular camera if you don’t want the 360 footage. The GoPro app is easy to use with this camera as well. Transitioning from the 8 to this one was a breeze.

One day before a trip to Mexico, I was forced to upgrade from a Hero black 5 to this after I loaned my 5 to someone who loaned it to someone else. I was already in the process of doing research towards making a 360 camera, so this just expedited the purchase. This upgrade was much needed and made capturing moments of the trip better. The ability to show my field of view as well as myself without unnecessary wrist motion is underrated. Being able to change the point of focus during edits is amazing. The only cons I have at the moment is I'm not familiar with the app, so it will take some time to perfect my content. Also, as with every GoPro, you will need another battery.
