Awesome upgrade to my new GoPro 12. Bought it for my trip to Hawaii and was not disappointed. It took amazing photos and videos.

I primarily purchased this lens to shoot POV surfing videos. 177 degrees of view allows viewers to see my feet, the board, the wave even the horizon and more. Horizon lock when enabled is amazing. Additional video stabilization is enabled allowing for smoother videos. Just remember to turn the setting on by swiping down and your set for POV video shooting. I used it with a GoPro 12 and it works great. Be careful with the lens as it sticks out a little bit and could be prone to be damage.

I enjoy the overall image with this product. While i wont be able to recod in 4k or 5k I can get more POV

This lens mod is great for taking videos. I bought it for my husband as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it! He's a skateboarder and takes lots of videos of himself and his friends. This mod just upgraded his experience.

The better the lens/glass on a camera - the better the images. This lens is far superior to the zero-magnification cover that ships on the camera. It's worth trying just don't forget to enable it on the camera in settings.

Best Buy service sucks but luckily Go Pro service is good. Really good lense but if coating was coming off a little after a month of use. Best Buy couldn’t help me and didn’t do anything but after looking on go pros website they helped and replaced it!

The lens is great. Gives a wider fish effect and taller vertical effect for videos and photos

Such a great purchase ! I wanted the GoPro essentially to capture content as I go outdoors a lot, I am very surprised and impressed with how much this GoPro captures. There’s lots of detail a regular camera would not get and colors are vivid it shows you more than what an eye would catch the sound is good and very clear. Overall very well impressed

I got this lens because I kept reading about how well it worked and how I would need it for the events I was using my camera for. I am still a newbie but for what it was supposed to work well for it did. I’m getting an idea of when to use it and when to use the regular lens.
