Very fun to ride but wish it went just abit faster

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Rides really well and looks stylish but i wish it could push to that 25-30mph range, comes with almost every single screw loose but i assume that's intentional since it comes with every tool you might need to tighten them, just be sure to tighten everything up before riding, the seat can get uncomfortable after like 30 minutes of riding it since it has no suspension at all other than the semi fat tires i only ride it for short bursts so its not a big deal but if you prefer longer rides or even short bumpy commutes i would look elsewhere or buy a mor comfy seat with some shock absorption.

Doesn't Do 20 Mph its goes 18.5 mph

I've replaced the controller, display, wire harness and the motor and it still doesn't do 20 mph. If you don't care about the speed you'll love the bike if your heart is set on going the advertised speed you may be disappointed. Overall its still a great value for the money

I take it to work and home everyday day. 10miles there and 10miles back can do two trips without changing takes me about 15 to 20min to get there vere fast bike.

Paying just pver $600 after tax for a bike that works like this one in this market is unheard of. Smooth in all types of terrains. 10/10 highly recommend.

Spent over $625 for this only to have it sitting on my rec room. The customer service has been atrocious and non existent between Gotrax and Best Buy. No one has done anything to help me.
