I got this back in March 2023. So far its been great. This is how i communte to work. Unfortunately the rear fender broke. Not sure how but there was a picture of a person holding the scooter by the bar, i want to say that is the reason why it broke since you have plastic holding plastic. Other than that, before you buy a GoTrax please check if its under warranty. The website and the page of the bike says 2 years but mine was only one. Overall i do like my bike a lot but just beware of that. Thanks

Good scooter. It says 19 miles per charge but I went 3 Miles and the battery was at 2 bars. Not sure if it’s just actually exaggerated. It’s okay it’s fun to cruise when you just wanna get out the house.

Can’t complain everything works great Very fast also has a light so you can see at night lol when you apply the brakes the tail light illuminates plus the horn is a bell and can’t for get the main one of them all THE Wife loved it…

This has been the best purchase I've made as far as recreational stuff we own. Heck it even replaces a car but we use these for fun. They go just as far at the ones they bring into various towns and charge for using. You'll make your money back on buying this vs paying to use other company ones stationed around town. Now this one has a convenied thing where you fold it up and carry with you like when you get to your destination so that you can it with you and easily bring it inside of places...and they sell locks for it too. Lighter than the town rental ones and this lasts a long time on the battery life. It's just perfect. We own 4, one for everyone in our family. We like to recreational use and just never get sick of it.

My daughter is in college and has been using this scooter non-stop to get to and back from her classes. It's incredibly easy to navigate with and easy to store away. Perfect for college students.

Works as advertised. Very simple to assemble and was actually ready to ride right out of the box. Enjoyed so much first day I ordered a second one for my wife.

Great value for the price but the range may get frustrating even for shorter commutes. Less of an issue when first purchased but you really have to take care of the battery if you don't want to lose some range after a few months.

Was a gift for my son for christmas. He absolutely loves it it's sturdy the lights on it are amazing it goes pretty stinking fast too. Very easy to assemble, my son did it on his own.

Ordered this for my 11 year old son. This thing was amazing for about 2 days. Then the shaft started to get loose near the front wheel. Not the riser. It’s like the bearings inside the shaft that connects the riser to the wheel, are warped or something. A lot of play began to happen after just a couple of rides. He got it on May 17th. His birthday. Since then I have been back and forth with GOTRAX support and all I’ve received is a how to repair it video from them. Wanting me to work on their scooter. The video isn’t even of the correct model. So it’s been parked for 2 weeks. Just waiting to hear what they will do…… and I get it. Not everyone will have a bad experience. But we sure have. If I buy your product and it malfunctions in less than a month. You need to go on and replace it. Not send me videos on how to repair your product. This review has nothing to do with Best Buy itself. My quarrel is with GOTRAX.

It's one of the best entry-level scooters i've ever ridden. good for those who like a managable top speed.

Works really well and does exactly what I need it to do. Only criticism is that the break pads can frequently become unaligned. However, fixing that is pretty easy

Excellent little scooter. Range shorter than 19 miles but gets me anywhere I want to go downtown and back! 4 hour charge is a plus!

I have had my scooter for about 3 weeks. This is an affordable e-scooter for its quality. Built pretty durable. Easy assembling. Rides smooth. Very fun and enjoyable to ride on. I would definitely recommend this brand and model.

Bought this scooter for my son to commute to and from school daily. He’s had it for one year and loves it. It is easy to use and has long battery life. Excellent quality! I would recommend this scooter for both everyday commuting or pleasure riding.
