First things first. I am a 24 y/o blue collared worker. 210lbs, 6’1, I daily this thing about 9/10 miles to my job facility and back home. 6 days a week! So now the review… I bought this bike 3/4 weeks after totaling my car, instead of a car because the car market currently is garbage and needed something for my light commute. The bikes been pretty good, I bought it on sale for 599 or 699, currently few weeks in. I didn’t put air in tires or anything fancy, out the box, charged and the morning took it to work. Did its job, better than walking and using a regular bike. On level 2 it moves about 10-12 mph depending conditions (road surface) I’m now a month in, taking it thru trails beating it. Having some good fun, not city shenanigans. I’m talking thru the muddy woods and water. Ripping it, tops at 20. Wish the range was a little better, I mean haven’t really killed it from full battery in 1 day. But I just hate remembering to charge it. I’m really happy with the bike tho surprisingly. And as a not paid ad or anything bike is fun and does the job at a cheap rate. No car insurance or anything. With currently 82 miles on it, saving money for a vehicle and getting some exercise. I’d totally recommend. And it folds up, some days wife picks me up and pop right in the back seat or trunk. Battery slides OUT! For convenience charging.

I wanted to like this bike , I use 5 days a week I ride 40 miles a day , battery life is good. But my left crank keeps going loose every other day. I have had a tire rip , I bought a replacement off of gotrax site and I haven't even had the replacement for two weeks and it's ripping again . Gotrax won't do anything for the second tire cause they don't warranty tires but in less then two weeks isn't good at all. I have had this be for two months. I can't return or even use this bike anymore

This is a great bike if you are not planning to ride for longer than 1 hour. The bike only has one speed and it is hard to pedal without pedal assist. So when the battery dies you better hope you're not far from your destination. Pedal assist takes getting used to I recommend just using the throttle because the bike will take off on you when it's in pedal assist mode. The brake pads rub on the brake disc so you can hear a wisk even after adjusting the brakes. I purchased it on sale and with Best Buy awards so it was worth the price I paid. But I honestly wouldn't spend more than $450 on this bike. Plus a spare battery is not available for purchase so getting a backup battery to ride longer is not an option. If you plan on riding to the train station to hop on a train then charge the battery at work then this could be a good option for you just try to catch it on sale.

a lot bigger than I expected, but it's a good bike. It's important to understand its limitations. So far, it seems it could be used on flat pathways and roads, and most importantly, all are able to ride up hills, but the steeper the hill is, the more power it will take from the battery. So far, I can go up steep hills just using S1 and S2. Something to note is that opening the folding mechanism is a lot tougher on mine So far.

This has been a great E bike! I have taking this on many trails. I have had a ball battery. Life is awesome and it’s easy to fold and put away or even to put on my bike rack.

It's spectacular The battery is durable, well, depending on the use. I really liked it because if you run out of battery, it's not heavy to pedal.

It’s a solid bike goes fast too so be careful when your riding cause if you pull the throttle it will launch and when you peddle as well make sure your hands are off the throttle and not peddling if you don’t want to accelerate goes far I use it to go to school and it’s a smooth ride battery lasts a long time too

Haven't had it long but I like it so far. Everything works as advertised and the top speed is accurate. I like that it has a key to activate the battery (you can deactivate it which is useful when you park it) and used to unlock the battery too. The screen is color. It has a headlight and brake light. Assembly instructions could be better. There's a power button on the gear selector.

Bike looks good but, how do you forget to put the right designed nut on the front tire axle?? A major safety error. People careful before buying this one, make sure they got the right nut for the front tire axle..

Very bad people. very bad service. Don’t buy anything. Garbage service manager. The lady told me the problem is who made this bike. Not the problem of Best Buy. lol, very smart Indian woman

Purchased the bike for ease of use, light, and only 20 mph. Easy to assemble. Enjoying the ease of use and functionality in with the ride. Purchased two. And the pr8ce is better than the others.

I got this on sale for my entry into the e-bike world. Assembly was mostly simple, but indidnhave to file down the frame a bit to seat the front wheel in as it appears a manufacturing error cause the fork to be bent inwards and prevent the wheels axle from being seated. Beyond that, the rest was really simple.
Once assembled, it took about two recharges for the battery to deliver a 20 mile peddle assisted range.
I primarily use this bike at night, so the included headlight and break light are handy. Speaking of breaks, they are pretty simple and quite loud, but they get the job done.
There is no shock absorbtion so riding off the road can be troublesome but not impossible.
Storage is nice since you can fold the bike in half as well as folding down the handle. If i take this in my vehicle, it will definitely fit, even in my sedan.
Controls are very simple. You get 6 levels of peddle assist and a handlebar throttle to just give manual power to the motor. The display is easy to read and gives you a speed readout.
Spare batteries seem to only be available from the vendor and are always out of stock. I'm a bit concerned they will discontinue this bike before they decide to make more.

Easy enough to put together, and charged pretty quickly the first time. Haven't had much of a chance to use it yet, but can attest it does reach the stated 20 mph speed. Seems sturdily enough built, but double-check the front wheel nuts

The bike folds nicely and fits into the trunk of our RV nicely! I have also used the bike as a way to drop a car off at the shop and zip home. When the work on the car was done I zipped back to the shop on the bike, folded it into the back of the car for the drive home.
Assembly was fairly straightforward just using the pictures as the english on the instructions was a bit broken.

I've used it a couple of times and so far I've enjoyed my experience, if course the lack of suspension makes it a little difficult to travel in certain terrains but over all it's a good starter e-bike

Drives and charges well. Bought a universal seat for the back and it great.
The back tire popped and it was difficult to remove and impossible to put it back without shaving down the insider of the bracket. The bolt is too snug to slide back into the slit.
