SIMPLY THE TRADITIONAL WAY TO ENJOY SOUND I WAS SEEKING.

I have been using this device to play my ancient (40+ years old) cassettes. I have played a couple dozen of them without encountering any significant problems. The tapes are a variety of lengths (mostly C60 & C90). This was done on one pair of (not-supplied) batteries. I mostly used my own earphones so I cannot comment on those supplied. The built in speaker was perfectly adequate. I have not recorded anything; I only listened to the radio to make sure it received my favorite "oldies" station, and it did. My only complaint is that the volume control is not particularly sensitive; it seems to toggle between too loud and too soft. If I had one desired feature it would be for the "auto-stop" feature to work when rewinding or fast-forwarding. The discounted price (with bonus) I paid made this an exceptionally good value.

Works great for what i wanted . So simple to use even for a senior citizen. The Radio is a nice bonus. Like jogging with it cliped on my belt and listening to my tapes.zz top ccr ac/dc .ect.

This is a excellent portable cassette player with a radio. The sound is very good and its easy to carry around and has a clip on the back so you can easily clip it your pants/jacket or whatever you want. This brings back found memories of listening to cassettes back in the day to life again.

I'm quite pleased with this player. The sound quality is fine and it's easy to use. I like the auto stop feature on the tape player.

Operates very well and the speaker sounds okay. Only thing is it doesn't get very loud, but the device works well.

I was disappointed with this radio - ONLY - because it does - NOT - have FM stereo - I am not talking about the 1 speaker on the front of the unit - I am talking plugging in a head set - THERE IS NO FM STEREO it is - MONO - I will end up keeping it around the house in case the power goes out - BUT STILL - 20.00 plus tax - NOT COOL -

looking for a tape player for car just like the 80,s all over again works great would recommend for functionality and fun

The sound using earbuds is fine , but without ear buds the sound is low and weak.

I'm very satisfied with this product. I wanted an inexpensive tape cassette player and this also has a built-in AM-FM radio which was a bonus. It's not a high-tech item but it does the job I wanted it for and the radio was an added extra I wasn't looking for but glad to have it.

Looks good but the sound is not good, the old one had better sound that this one.

Great basic unit that does just what you need for a fair price. There is nothing flashy here, but the radio and cassette player work well. Compact, portable, easy to operate. So far so good.

Sorry, but I do not like this radio. The on off button is the volume and it is hard to turn off. I already wasted a set of batteries. The dials for volume and tuning are set so low in the casing that I find them hard to manipulate. I can't find the stations I want. I wish I had not bought this radio.

Basic cassette player, purchased it to play some of my 80s tunes. Good memories.

Not very well made. Tape player is already broken and the radio and EarPods fade in and out.

Ordered a week ago, received the product today. My daughter got through Side A of a tape before the thing stopped working. The 'stop' button feels wonky and the tape rolls but the little rubber roller doesn't push the tape up to the playing head. We're off to eBay to find a real Sony Walkman and will not bother with this. We truly thought buying from Best Buy was a safer option but... alas, you're selling garbage.
