Its the game but if it doesnt work as a steam key download the rockstar game startup thing and then put the key in it will work

Code doesn’t work you won’t be able to play same day Custumer service sucks when you call it’s short staffed and they just hang up takes days to actually get the actual code to download the game after numerous calls. Much easier to buy somewhere else

code isn't working. just buy it directly from steam, it's cheaper as well.
