My MIL loves her new phone. Great way to introduce her to the smart phone. Jitterbug is very user friendly.

This Jitterbug is so much easier to maneuver than other Smart Phones. It also comes with a CD to help you through all the steps.

Love the Jitterbug. Was perfect solution for my non techie husband.

its an ok item. trying to get my dad to use it is a bit tough. some things are not as easy as they look, but overall happy with it.

The phone is well thought out for a first timer non-techie. I got my mother one as she even had trouble with the the Flip Phones. Now she is texting away !! Next I'll teach her how to use the browser. Very easy to learn functions .

Purchased this for my 70 year old wife who has severe nerve problems, shaky hands. for this reason she has resisted trying to use any smartphone in the past. she has used the jitterbug flip phone for years and loves the service and simplicity. She's been using the the jitterbug smart phone for two weeks and so far so good. It linked to her automobile quickly and she loves the voice connection. beginning to use the text feature currently, but refuses to try the facebook app.. I can tell she likes it so far.

This is a great phone for someone who is overwhelmed by all the things on the newest smart phones. This phone as a very simple and very nice layout, where all the items you use are right at your finger tips, with out having to change screens and search a desktop of icons to find what you need. The only issue I found is the camera is a little weak in its performance.

The phone is fabulous for those of us requiring larger keypad, simpler function keys, and smartphone functionality. Tutorial is easy to understand and a great support to answer questions. Great buy!

Easier to use than other smart phones on market and it includes emergency app which other smart phones charge extra for.

When we bought this the staff at Best Buy could not help get us started. We are traveling for several weeks and had hoped to use the phone all over. We are hoping to not get roaming charges. After we got it we heard that Best Buy bought Jitterbug so when we get home to San Diego we plan to go in and get more help. Am able to make calls and use texting but not able to answer yet.

very good store service, very friendly associate and the smart phone is an excellent buy, only draw back is there should be a way to make volume to exceed the limit of setting for older people who can not hear as well.

Just wgat my wife was looking for. Simple to use for the most basic programs.

I started with the Jitterbug flip phone with no features just to have a phone in case of emergency. I have now upgraded to a Jitterbug Smartphone and I absolutely love it. I can send and receive text messages as well as send and receive emails. This phone is very easy to use and has a large screen so you can read everything easily.

Al-most too simple to use --I keep trying to make it harder--hope I never have to use the Red Button--but it is surely comforting to know that it is there-at this point it definitely seems to be an uncomplicated smart phone-and at (84)me that is - has just enough (how the heck do I do that) to keep my interest ---

Purchased this for my 67 year old mother. She LOVES having a smartphone and it’s super easy for her to use.

All the items on it are set up for ease of use and a straight forward to use.

It's kind of difficult to teach an elderly person.
