Very good product. I never have any problems and handles all my tax issues. I recommend this software, it will handle all your tax needs. The 5 e-files option is great to have.

I have been using this software for my taxes for many years. I love how easy it is to understand and complete my taxes. However, I was somewhat disappointed to find that I was paying so much and only got a code to download the software. I have always gotten a CD for my money. Had I known that was all I would get, I might have decided to use a different source for my taxes this year. The COVID-19 virus has taken an economic toll on my family as well as many others.

I ordered the "physical" version rather than the "digital" version expecting a CD as I had received in 2019 and past years. But, evidently, physical refers to getting an activation code & download instructions delivered by mail to a physical address. This was quite misleading. I have more than 1 computer (home & work), so a CD is convenient and useful. But, the tax software itself is very good for me.

This was my first time using a software program to do my taxes. Good value, easy to use and saved hundreds of dollars by using a software program.

Have been buying the program for years to do our taxes. Easy to transfer the previous years data into the next one. They no longer have to disk which I would prefer over downloading, had to call to get help after several attempts. It was explained that not all the information was available on the website for the download. Will definitely purchase for 2021 taxes.

The price is better than buying direct from H&R Block, but you actually have to download the software from their website. The instructions and unique software code are included in the box. I couldn't get the download/install to work. Called text support and they gave me a different link and code that allowed me to install the tax software on my computer. I've used H&R Block tax software for years and really like it.

I have been using H&R Block (HRB) tax software for years, in fact it use to be named Tax Cut. Since I have never used the competitors software, I cannot compare HRB to any of the others, but from importing data from previous years (I think almost all tax software does this, even from competitors) to more complicated issues such as rentals and your own business, it has saved me money and frustration by not having to pay for a tax pro, modeling different scenarios and allowing me to help a few friends with the 5 free e-files.

I switched from turbotax several years ago and I am very satisfied with H&R and it's more affordable. 7R

Good price when it is a deal of the day. No longer on optical media - so might as well just buy the digital download. Software is stable and less frustrating than Turbo Tax, but perhaps not so much better that it is worth making the switch. Please note that the Mac version is only compatible with recent versions of the OSX.? system software.

Been using H & R Block for use. I have not had any issues thus far. However this year they decided to stop making the disc. You can opt for a key code card or direct down load to your computer. I prefer the disc but I bought the card which cost more than the regular download. The software is fine, just accustomed to having a disc.

Very Good Program. Easy to use. Cheaper than Turbo Tax, but compatible with it. A good buy at Best Buy.

I have used H&R Block for years. It is easy to use. I tried using the online service and it cost more and was not as easy to use. They trick you into thinking that you can do your taxes for free then they add a small charge and then a little later there is another charge. I should have just got the software in the first place.

Had difficult time to install on my MAC. Had to call Support they were able to trouble shoot problem over the phone. No hard dics so kind of miss that. Set it up on my other IBM laptop no problems what so ever. Completed both Federal and CA state, no problems it's a cake walk. Completed both returns in four hours just reviewing and fixing small errors. Best part was able to E-File both. Great Job. Special thanks to tech support.

Great Price vs buying Turbo Tax, just as easy to use. Would highly recommend this product.

I have used H&R Block tax software for a number of years after switching over from Turbo Tax when Turbo Tax removed functionality from "Deluxe" in order to force their customers to upgrade to "Premium" in order to include simple stock trades. H&R Block has consistently provided a product that meets my needs.
