I am using H&R Block this tax software for more than 10 years with no problem whatsoever. Program is user friendly. Problems, if any, solved promptly by chatting or otherwise.

Excellent software for a great price. We had no issues with it whatsoever.

The tax application isn’t bad, but it definitely seems a little dated. I’ve tried it online and much prefer the online version so that I’ve done both. The reason I can’t give full stars is because I put my exact same info into this software and into turbo tax and I got $500 more back on my income tax return. I was a bit disappointed by H&R Block’s software that I paid for and still didn’t get my maximum refund. Turbo tax ultimately found more credits I was eligible for, which H&R Block didn’t. I’ve been using H&R Block for the last 7 years, but it’s time get the maximum refund, I’m switching to Turbo Tax from now on. As for this product… don’t bother unless you have a simple refund with only W-2’s. Anything more and you’ll have to upgrade anyway.

Easy downloaded without issue and good pricing. Will purchase item again.

Right now I'm rather annoyed as the software will not allow me to import last year's file for some reason. I can't get a hold of anyone to answer my question. If I call the keep me on hold for 5 minutes waiting for a rep. And then it goes to a busy signal. So I'm not a happy camper as I will have to add all from scratch which is doable but annoying. Less expensive than Turbo-Tax, but worth the savings if your taxes are simple and you don't mind redo.

Great price to file tax at home, easy steps and quick Federal submission. I hope state could also submitted free

H&R Block software is always good, and has been my go-to for several years. This year I was installing it on a MacBook, which proved to be very difficult. It wasn't just "download and go" which it should be. I had to search miscellaneous websites and forums for tips on how to get it operational on my system. I finally did, but unfortunately I cannot remember how I finally made it work, so that doesn't help anyone reading this. It does work, though, so don't give up.

I've been using the H&R Block deluxe + state for years, and it's been easy and great. I appreciated the great price and the easy download and install from Best Buy. Would get again.

Download instructions came on two separate emails. Use the vendor sole not the BB Library. Have used for years Actual software update this month worked great.
