Definitely the best product foe the price -- addresses all of my tax concerns

I've only used Turbotax software in the past, but last year I finally was fed up with the relentless, scam-like prompts attempting to get you to upgrade and pay more money while working through the program. H&R block's software is definitely a more stripped down version of Tax Software but it gets the job done efficiently, and if you have questions you can always search online or use the basic information / help features. H&R block software is probably best for people who are fairly comfortable filing their own taxes, as it doesn't "hold your hand" through the process like Turbotax does. To me, the best feature of this software is it's import capability. It imported my information from my pdf copies of last year's taxes without a hitch, saving me a decent amount of time from having to reenter everything. Overall, I was very satisfied with this software and will be purchasing it again for next year.

Have been using H&R Block Tax Cut for about ten years. It is easy to use and a lot cheaper than taking your taxes to a paid tax preparer that uses the same software. Some people thing that these so called tax professionals know a bunch of secrets that will lower your taxes. They don't! If they are getting you more money back or decreasing your taxes more than what Tax Cut or Turbo Tax will, then they are cheating and may get you audited. Save yourself some money and buy one of these two software brands and do your taxes yourself. It is easy.

Have used HR Block many years, easy to use, step by step guidance to file taxes. Decent price compared with other brands.

It took several tries to get the download to open. I didn't realize it was a download, thought it was a disc, but that was my fault for not paying attention just trying to get a tax program quick. It was pretty straight forward once it finally downloaded correctly.

Easy to use. First time to use this tax software. Was cheaper than TaxAct that have used for a number of years.

H&R Block has been my go to tax program for years. It is very user friendly and up to date on tax codes

Seamless operation, pulls from prior years to save keying and remind you that you may be missing an important document for the current year. I had a problem with 2016 this year. Search T16 and up comes all the 2016 returns I have.

Long running tax preparation software. I used it for years and its still the best. So easy to use. Includes all kinds of extra links for help and IRS documentation too. Easy to use electronic filing of Federal and State tax returns. Well worth the money!!

It's easy to use, however, if you get need any support be 100% sure that their audit support is really bad.

First time user of the "boxed" (not online) version of the tax filing software. It is waaaaay cheaper than competitors, or even H&R's own online version, but requires some understanding of write-offs and accounting. I am still figuring out how to use it, given that I am more used to more "interactive" (question-based) submission systems. I am glad that software updates itself, and more features became available compared to the package installed right after purchasing.

Cannot express enough how much this program makes filing your taxes quick and easy. I have used HRB Premium since 1990. Improves each year. Extremely user friendly. Imports your personal info each year so no time wasted. Great product

Seems to have worked fine. I should purchase other competitors to see if one is better than the other. But, been overall happy with HR Block.

I prefer the hard disc, but it was not hard to download and get this put on my computer. I have already used it and had no problems with it. I trust H & R Block software and next year I will purchase once again from Best Buy.

Love using the H&R Block tax software for filing taxes....makes the whole process easy

I buy this program every year and use it to do my taxes, it is usually pretty easy unless there are tax law changes and then you may have to read the questions more closely.

Cheaper than turbo tax. Thought I was getting the CD but was download only. Did not like that.

I give it a four due to no disk. The program worked fine as other years.
