    I used to use Turbo Tax because it was the best value. Also, H&R Block was much more clunky to use. But in recent years, H&R Block has improved its usability and now is as good, or even a little better, than Turbo Tax. And the Premium & Business downloadable desktop software, which I need because I prepare 15 - 20 returns per year, including several self-employed relatives, is a much better deal with H&R Block than the comparable Turbo Tax software.

    It worked well it was cheaper that the online version but one thing was that it says state is included but you have to pay to e-file but all it all buying in on a sale made it less expensive

    We have used this software for many years. This tax software is difficult for new users because there are a lot of navigations undisclosed. If you use it file electronically, you will be very disappointed as you would find many problems untackled in your work and it is very painful to solve their problems because you are unable to get help from H&R Block and you are stuck with your work.

    I am an experienced tax preparer, and I have used H&R Block software since it took over Tax Cut. This particular version is the WORST I have ever used! There are numerous bugs, and one that will change every PDF file on your computer to Chrome HTML files! The fight to complete a business return simply isn't worth the price of this software!

    The single worst piece of business tax software ever made. No guidance, very buggy, crashes, and creates errors all over the place. I will likely go out and buy Turbo Tax or some other program at additional expense and start over rather than try and submit the garbage this program tried to create.
