Out of the box the Haan snapped together in less than 5 minutes, using distilled water (our water is very hard here) it heats in less than 3 minutes and cleans beautifully leaving the floor clean and dry. The FS20 Plus includes the sanitizer tray for carpets etc but no short handle and the info on the website was not clear, so I bought the assessory tray and handle only to find out I didn't need it. The return was easy as they sent me a return shipping label. With the sanitizer tray and the long handle I can do the carpets just fine, the short handle would make doing the mattresses easier but for $25.00 I'll use the long handle.

Bought this cleaner after a lot of research, was originally going to purchase the Bissel but after reading about all of the other cleaners the Haan had moe to offer. It really works great, no puddles, lightweight and easy to use and put together.

After reading reviews on another site, I decided to purchase this instead of the other options on BestBuy.com. My floors dry quicker and feel cleaner than they did before. I've used this on both ceramic tile and on carpet, with the carpet attachment (sanitizing tray). There were spots left behind due to a cat with a penchant for scarf-n-barf that the vacuum cleaner did not remove. After using the Haan and steaming it for a short bit, the spots could be flaked off the top of the carpet with a finger nail and vacuumed up. I've also been able to remove a stain in carpet from pet cleaners that had darkened the carpet. It beautifully handles spot cleaning carpet with the attachment. I'm already thinking this would make a great christmas gift for a few family members.

I love this floor sanitizer easy to use great price and my house is clean from nasty germs. ******I purchased the Short Handle Accessory extra and ya I love it too. It kills all the dust mites and that is great:)

Love this steamer heats up quickly, and dries fast we have anew puppy and I love the fact that it cleans the floors with out chemicals

Works well. Sanitizes as described. Cord is in fact to short and water reservoir is small.

I love this steam mom! I switched from the Shark to this one and it was a great decision. My entire house is hardwoods and I can clean them in no time. It is also great at cleaning furniture.

Slow process and doesnt do anything that I had expected or hoped for.

After reading the reviews on floor steamers, I decided to buy this one. What a disappointment! You can barely see any steam coming out of it! My clothes iron makes more steam!! I mean get real. Do they really expect you too clean a dirty floor with wisps of steam??? Will return 1st chance I can get. Randy
