Easily set up boundaries wherever you are. It is expensive and there is a subscription fee, but when my collar randomly stopped working, tech support was great and was amazing customer service.

We have used the Halo Collar for over a year. It gives such peace of mind always knowing where our dog is. He is never out of range with the GPS. The fennces are so easy to setup. I use 4 different ones and they are always there whenever we change locations. Customer service is so easy to work with too

No complaints about the actual use of the collar! It works well for our blue Heeler in 5 acres of land. I’m getting a replacement collar sent due to a malfunction after 6(ish) months of use. Support from them was fantastic. Tim was a huge help!

I have three Halo collars and love them. I have had issues with them over the years, but the support is great and they send me a new collar if one fails.

My neighbor has the Halo 3 for 2 of her dogs. 1 is a pitbull, the other a mini doodle (who might have the 4 idk). They've been using it for almost a year and highly recommended it, and I watched their dogs run around their property without issues. Our new rescue dog can jump our fence. First, the shipping was awesome. It came 2 days early. I'm not having any technical issues, as the other reviewer stated. Sometimes, it phases out for a second (in fairly rural town NH) but comes right back. I've completed the fence and training recall successfully. The satellite pic needed to be edited to create our fence line. I walked around our property (1 acre almost fully fenced) and edited and saved without issue. I will update after i have the unit fully functional. Just wanted to share my experience, thus far.

This is my second halo collar. When it works, its great! I cant see myself without one for my dog. Customer Service "William" was great to work with and because of him. Im willing to keep investing into halo. For the price of the collar, I wish it would work the first time and not break down for unknown reason. With that said, as long as customer service is easy to work with. Im willing to stay. 5 stars for customer service "William".

Had an issue with my dogs collar. The collar was getting hot and not charging. Customer service offered to send a replacement no questions asked. The entire process took less than five minutes. Such a weight off my shoulders, knowing that our dogs can continue to be monitored with the halo collar!

Great product over all gives my dogs the freedom to room my 12 acres worrie free. I can also take the dogs with me on vacations and create a wireless fence anywhere.I go and don't have to worry.Is a great product and better yet,they've have awesome customer support if there is any problems.

Love my halo collar, gives my baby so much more freedom knowing that she has limits to where she can go. Also, any time I have had an issue and/or question the halo dog park support team has been excellent. Especially Logan who helped me recently.

Monica was very helpful and fixed my issue without problems. She gets 5 stars. The collars, although quite good has a poor battery life as opposed to the Tractive collars. That’s my only complaint about halo

We love these collars we got them for our two pups. It lets them have their freedom to roam our property and gives us the piece of mind we need that they are safe.

Halo has been wonderful! I had an issue today and our collar malfunctioned. I talked to William and got a free replacement! He was very helpful and also funny. I enjoyed our chat.

Have a halo 3 collar. Works great. Love it. Needed a charging port cover. Emma from the dog park helped quickly. Great support.

The live app support was so easy to use. Emma was so friendly and knowledgeable - I wish I called earlier… our replacement collar will be here soon!

Purchased two of the halo collars for our dogs. Being able to see where they are on the property at all times is great. At times there is some delay between colors and the app but for the most part they are great!

Halo collars are the best thing since the wheel. Keeps pets safe even when the power is off. A MUST have for pet owners
