This was easy to use and set up. I used peanut oil because I read it was better for frying. I fried catfish and they came out crunchy and awesome in less than 15 min with no mess or splashing and easy clean up.

Bought this for my mom and I was debating to get this or the professional one and this beats it. no huge differenc between them besides professional one more pricey.

My granddaughter talked me into getting this appliance for which I am really happy. The deep fryer was so easy to set up and use and clean up was a snap...and the price was perfect. I really wish I had purchased one sooner. Thanks, Grandma

Simple set up, easy to clean, no directions needed. Baskets sit on top of heating element. Heats up real fast. Very nice deep fryer at a great price!

I love this fryer and I use it a lot. The food always comes out perfectly fried to a crisp golden brown color. My only complaint is the cord, I would like to have it snap tight in place but all in all its works just fine.

I don't always fry food but when I do, I fry it in my Hamilton Beach fryer. Simple to assemble, easy to use, fries foods perfectly, and easy to clean. What more could you want?

We love the fryer but they forgot to put screws in the heater to hold the two pieces together and my husband thought that was normal. Anyway we had used it quite a few times before I was able to notice it and the box was gone so no taking it back for a new one. I would recommend this but take it out of the box first to make sure it was screwed together.

I got this fryer because it was on sale, but I would have paid full price. Easy to use, easy clean up, compact to save space but large enough to do the job, FISH FRY!

You don't need much of bigger fryer. This fryer works great! The key is not to mix your oils. We primarily use peanut oil for the deep fryer.

This is a nice addition to the kitchen. The first time we used it I was pleased. It was simple to set up and easier to use. Temperature control was a big help. Wish I bought it earlier.

It fries fast but it's not as large as I thought it was but it definitely does this job. The clean up is not as easy as you think but worth it if you are having folks over.

I purchased this appliance for my wife who loves new kitchen toys. She has used it quite often and speaks very highly of it. It seems durable and cleans up easy. It was a good purchase at a good price.

Great equipment, easy to use and clean. Make onion rings perfectly. Its size uses up a lot of oil, so if you're not cooking anything big (like whole chicken), you can get a smaller fryer

Once you find the right setting for temperature it does well. I recommend using a thermometer to get the right temp

This fryer is fantastic. Heats so fast. I didn't realize how slow my old one was until I got this one. Easy to use. Only drawback is the magnetic cord. I understand it, but I don't necessarily like it.

Easy to use fryer for home use, Time to get the oil heated and ready to use is short. Cleaning it is easy as well

Lot of typing required to give a good report. Great unit for the money spent.

We got this to replace our dual basket deep fryer that was just too much of a pain to deal with. It works great even a year and a half later.
