I purchased this iron for a present, so I cannot attest to its quality. I have purchased West Bend products before and have been pleased. I anticipate my sister will like it.

I got this toaster oven to replace an old toaster at the office. The toaster part toasts sliced bread and bagels evenly, and the oven part preheats quickly and bakes nicely.

It's affordable and very convenient to use. I would recommend this to everyone.

This was a replacement for my old Hamilton Beach Toaster Oven. I was updating my kitchen and although my oven worked perfectly, it was/looked old. Size mattered, so this was the same size to work well in my small kitchen. That's all I have to say about it that's good. It's nothing but a tin can with heating elements; inconsistent toasting results and THE most annoying beeping when it's done ruining your bread! It is so cheap!! If you have the space, buy anything else. The toaster/oven design is perfect for us; but honestly, I think I'd rather have just a good toaster. HB, this one is the pits. Sorry the quality has gone down so much.

I needed a toaster over that can toast bread quickly as well as having automatich shut off due to the fact that our employees would forget to turn off the toaster oven.

Love that it toasts the bread and can use as an oven. For 2 people it is great. I later saw where they had the 4 slice toaster oven and think that would give you a little more oven space. Overall ............ great purchase

I bought this appliance recently and I like its versatility because you are able to use it as a toaster as well as a toaster oven. This helps to decrease the clutter from the kitchen counter.

It is perfect to make toast. It is even better to reheat pizza and melt cheese. It is a toaster and small toaster oven. It is an amazing product. and it is red.

This a small toaster oven,but des the job for my wife and I. My wife was disappointed on how our older larger toaster oven toasted bread. This one works just like a traditional toaster and does a great job.

It was a perfect fit on my counter that replaced my toaster. You get more use from its dual settings. The wide slot toaster is great and the toasteroven heats small portions of food very well. Keeping in mind that food should be cooked under a watchful eye when using the oven. I am very happy with my purchase and its price.

Small but effective as a toaster wide enough for bagels and great as a broiler to reheat pizza slice.

Bought ot to replace older unit of the same brand, design.

Had the exact same toaster/toaster oven for many years and after much use had to replace. I love this unit as it saves me from having to start up oven for smaller things, convenient when making toast; and, it doesn't take up much counter space!

Really like this new model. We've been using our old one for about 20 years. One great improvement is that the bottom snaps out for easy cleaning. A disappointment is that the knobs have hard to see "marker" slots in them instead of pointers or a drop of paint. We painted the slots for greatly improved visibility. There is a "I'm done" beeper, but it is too quiet to hear if there is ANY background noise. Would I buy another? Yes.

It toasts very unevenly and the oven section is very small vertically, so pot pies do not fit in as they touch the base of the toasting element. However, this is the smallest combo of toaster and oven I could find. The black has a strange grey trim, so I swapped for the red. I thought the trim was beige, but it is grey too. Just OK if you want something not too big.

Great for the use intended, toast, sliced pizza, etc. and saves on energy costs as I toast a lot of frozen bread. Found that bread sticks and loafs brown a little too quickly because of the low clearance with the radiator elements.
