This individual coffee maker works great for what I wanted it to do. I like the cup that allows me to make coffee without the K-cups. When using the K-cup feature it doesn't work as well as it could as it sometimes doesn't pucture the top, but I usually just do that before inserting. It is very easy to use and clean which is what I was looking for!!

It broke after 3 weeks. Called bestbuy, the representative told me to go to the store because it's still within 30days. But when I drove all the way to reach the customer service, they simply tell me there's nothing they can do and I need to call the manufacurer. The male even questioned me "Did you broke it?" I mean, look at all these reviews, obviously the machine can't work for more than a month. Worst of all, that girl did't give me back the RECEIPT!

Got this to replace my Keurig which had gone crazy and di not want to be limited to Keurig specific K packs. This one works well, can handle ground coffee or any Kpack---you have to get the hang of it, but one you do, it is easy. You can brew a bigger mug by adding more water during the brew process---I brew into a 22oz mug!

This coffeemaker offers many options for obtaining a good cup of coffee. You can use pods or brew with grounds. I also like the options for the size of the coffee cup...have an 8 ounce cup of coffee or fill a 10-12 ounce travel mug. Quick and easy to use with a nice variety of options.

This one is actually a gift for my Mom but I have had mine for over a year and use it daily, not a hassle to clean & brews quickly. My favorite thing about it is that the base flips to match the height of your cup (short mug or tall travel cup= no problem). Also I love that you can use the K-cups but you don't have to because it has a little filter basket for regular coffee grounds. I've never owned a Keurig but this brewer was half the price & meets all my caffeine needs.

Gave this item to a family member who has a very small space. Put coffeemaker in his room and has even traveled with it to his home upstate. Brews good coffee and he loves fact he is able to use K-cup coffee. Easy to use, portable and nice to look at as well. Got it on sale which made it better.

I was looking at getting a single cup coffee maker for a while but they were all too expensive, this one was a great deal and it works just as well.

I'm so glad I decided to go with this coffee maker over the Keurig. The other machines require you always use the K-cups, which is not bad, but if you have a blend that is ground in a bag this coffee maker gives you that option without needing reusable cups, you can put the grounds directly, and it makes life easier! Great buy, good price! I couldn't be happier...

very simple not a lot of bells and whistles. cleans easy and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. i like the fact i can use it for both k-cup and regular coffee.

Very easy to use coffee maker. Easy to switch between K-cup and regular coffee adapter. Really appreciate the adapter for regular coffee being included and not having to purchase separately. Easy to clean and swap out cup holder for different size cups. Does occasionally drip water from the sides assuming condensation...

I bought this to replace a Keurig that I really liked until it was invaded by ants. Read the reviews. Keeping warm water in the Keurig attracts them. This unit heats only when brewing and you put in only the water you need - no reservoir. Not as handy, but I can't tell the difference in the coffee, no issues after a month or so of use, and a lot cheaper than the Keurig. Small footprint on the counter. Just right for us.

I bought this for a gift and my husband loved it. In my opinion, k-cups are a gimmick and pretty wasteful, although with effort they can be recycled (by peeling off the foil top, emptying the cup and completely tearing out the paper filter), but this maker doesn't require them! It comes with its own, regular metal mesh filter, so the k-cups are completely optional. I included a box of good quality k-cups with the gift just for fun, and he does use them once a week or so if he has an extra rushed morning. His favorite travel mug fits perfectly in the maker, and the stand converts to hold a regular sized mug without splashing coffee everywhere. It works pretty quickly and the coffee is delicious!

This coffee pot is sturdy, looks attractive on my counter, is compact, and brews a great cup of coffee. I have only used ground coffee and not the cups, and have been pleased.

I bought this for my wife who likes a cup of coffee at any time. She loves the convenience of k-cups but I will settle for fresh ground when I use it. Nice to have the choice. And it is fairly quick, but clean often if using hard water.

I love this machine. It is simple to use and coffee tastes great. Both the K cups and the filter work great. I also have the duel pot/k cup from Hamilton beach for my kitchen.

I like the coffee maker. It's no Keurig, but it gets the job done. Sometimes my coffee comes out kind of plastic tasting and the water level measurements are a bit hard to see, but other than that it's great. It works and is easy to clean.

It works great, but I should have purchased the model that has a full coffee pot and a single serve. It is great doing what it does, but the bigger pot would be handy for company

Always wanted a K-Cup coffee maker and the $39 price on this one was affordable. Makes great coffee and easy to use. Would definitely buy again.

takes a little practice to work out the right amount of coffee for one cup and still have it strong enough but works well and I like the fact that I can use my own grounds or single serve packs (like keurig) though I haven't tried those yet.

Got this for work instead of a more expensive K-cup machine, use it everyday with no problems.
