This is so quiet. Very easy to set up I cannot wait to see how it improves the rooms it is in.

This my first Hamilton Beach product (ever). The machine a nice size, medium range. Quiet machine on lower settings (low/medium), and a slightly higher decimal on the high setting. I put it on high when the house is closed up, and return it to medium. I usually sleep at the low and medium setting. Best part, no replacement filters. Just vacuum the provided filter, or place a carbon filter (pennies on the dollar) over existing filter. Love this machine and have tried too many. Great price!!

I've been using this in my office and I use it on the lowest setting and don't' even know it's on (I actually forget to turn it off because I do't know it's on). I think it has improved my air quality in my office for sure. It's always a dust fest and I haven't had the issues I was previously w/headaches and getting sick since I've been running it and doing other sinus maintenance along w/the purifier to improve my breathing & sinus issues. It's a great small size too.

I was browsing for an air purifier and found this one to be priced very well and it comes with a permanent filter which is also another plus.I checked out other ones before making my final choice and this one came on top! Helps me with my severe allergies and asthma and I keep it on the highest setting (not very loud, just got used to it) and it works wonders, in a few minutes my nonstop coughing and runny eyes and nose subsided. It's a great size and doesn't take up much space, once the filter gets dirty you just vacuum it and I use a wipe to also clean off any extra gunk off. Happy with my purchase.

Air cleaner can't be beat for the price. Put it on high initially (1 hour), and run it on low, or medium. Quiet unit, even on the high setting. Easy to clean, re-usage filter. I have asthma, works well as an aid. Can't go wrong!

This air purifier works very quiet at lowest speed. There are 3 speed settings. Cleans the air abd makes the room smell fresh. I also like it because it does not have that ionzer which have been researched to cause health issues/even cancer. I used to have air ioners decades ago and they made my lungs hurt after breathing the ionized air overnight. The ionizers make some things/molecules stick to your lungs like they become magnetized.

I don't even really get allergies that bad but when I started using this after a few days it really helped me to sleep better. I use to always wake up during the night but after this I always slept straight through the night. It's hard to believe that an air purifier would make such a big difference but it really does. And it's plenty quiet for me. You can barely hear it on it's lowest setting and even on it's highest setting I can sleep perfectly fine. If you're used to the sound of a fan running in your bedroom already then this thing will sound like nothing. Only thing is that once I started sleeping with the window open at night I started getting allergies again. So yes, it does work, but if you like to sleep with the windows open, I'm not so sure it'll make a difference at that point. I've also seemed to get sick less since using it and my room smells better and cleaner than it did before. I'd say it's a great deal for what ya get out of it.

I bought this because my daughter has allergies and she was always waking up stuffy even though she is taking meds. I noticed a difference in just a couple days. Its small and can fit discreetly on a nightstand or dresser. I am very pleased with this product and I am planning on buying a second one.

I bought one for my living room and another for my bedroom since these were so small and inexpensive. I pretty much let them run 24/7 and paid for the 2 year extended Best Buy warranty in case the motors die during that time. There's a huge tree next to my apt and a very noticeable layer of dust on anything close to my 2 windows. These seem to be helping control the amount of dust and probably the amount of stuff going into our lungs. They also come with a reusable filter that you just need to vacuum so it's a great deal!

I'm very sensitive to dust. I can actually smell it in the air and I have to say I am breathing easier. Now, with the fires in Napa, I am so glad we have this little air purifier. I have been carrying it from room to room and I am seeing the ash build up from the air inside the house! We also have a central air filtration, but we need this too and it is doing its job 24/7. These are kind of extreme conditions, but what a test for this little machine. For the price, this is a bargain and it does work.

for years I had an old, bulky, take up too much space air purifier. I was looking for a smaller one for the cat's bathroom to suck up some of the litter dust (99% dust free - right!). this one fits on the counter and does the job! I love that I can clean the filter without having to buy new ones each month. I'm very satisfied with this product.

We have this in our bedroom, and it really seems to have helped. The unit is small, looks nice, and is very quiet.

I bought this for my bedroom, I don't know it's size. The reason I keep it is because it's not just a filter but it's also a fan that can keep you cool but as a filter, though it collects much dust I feel like its actual difference in air quality is negligible. Maybe my room is too big for the device but if so I can't imagine any room in America could have a use for it then. My room gets extremely dusty from time to time because I live in an apartment and they do not regularly come to change the filter and this has made no difference and you have to remember to clean the filter for the machine which isn't difficult at all but if they had some indicator to let you know when it needed to be cleaned it would be much better. A filter that can be cleaned is good but if you do not have any indication when it needs to be cleaned it's kind of a pain because all of a sudden you may just find yourself coughing or sneezing a lot and then hopefully be of the mind to relate that to the filter to check it. It seems to me, in my environment at least, that it doesn't take much for it to get really dirty. Another annoying thing is the door of the machine also needs to be cleaned and it has these crevices on the side that make that impossible to do by hand, I'd have to soak it. That's my fault for waiting for so long to clean, clean it every two weeks probably and you will be better off but I say honestly do not buy at all. It's bulky but small but not really making a difference.

Very easy to install. It was missing the tabs so you can place laying down, I contacted the manufacturer, but they were unresponsive. Otherwise the purifier seemed to be working well.

I bought this air purifer for my bedroom and am very happy with this purchase. I like the compact size and variable speed settings. It does a good job of cleaning the air.Love the fact that I don't have to buy replacement filters.

We use this purifier in the bedroom pretty much all day, every day and it works great so far. We used to wake up with terrible sinus pain, stuffy noses, and allergies every morning and now that we've been using this purifier, our allergies are pretty much gone. Our dog has pooped in the bedroom 2x now, and (after cleaning of course) we cranked this thing up to max and it helped dissipate the smell quickly too. Highly recommend!

I like this air purifier because is very quiet and small . The filter does not have to be replaced, it can be washed I bought one for my son recently, so I decided to get one for my self.

I use it in my bedroom and it is a gentle white noise machine that also happens to make breathing easier. Haven't tried cleaning the filter yet, but I'm glad it's reusable.

I have 2 dogs that sleep in my room. I really don't notice much difference. I like the air it puts out and the low setting is very quiet. Seems to dry out the air though. I wake up with very dry sinus'.

I leave it on the lowest setting when I sleep at night in my room. In appearance it basically looks like a stereo speaker. Overall I am very pleased with how it works to reduce impurities in the air!
