I purchased this product for my wife because she doesn't seem to always sleep well at night. I figure I will just go through some pro/con and let you make up your mind. Pros: 1. Nice looking 2. Looks at lot of metrics -- Temp, humidity, oxygen quality, etc... 3. Alarm -- My wife loves the alarm because it doesn't blast her awake like her old alarm. She no longer snoozes in the morning. 4. Over time gives advice to try to help sleep better. Cons: 1. Need to buy a second "puck" to really make this thing work. Tracking just one data point causes a lot of times where my wife wakes up but still thinks she is in bed because I am still in bed. Having a second data point make this a lot more accurate. 2. Lots of other "portables" can track your sleep and are much cheaper. 3. Voice activation needs to work better.

Both myself and my wife use this every night to analyze how well we slept the night before. Very accurate as to when you wake up and fall asleep every night. As well as quality of sleep.

Have a Special Needs child - this has been a great asset in ensuring sleep.

The sense monitor is super well designed. It looks cool but more importantly works really well. I feel more rested and like I am sleeping better because of the info it tells me about what's going on while I am sleeping that disturbs my sleep. And the app is intuitive and easy to use. Great product!

This tech saved my work day. The biggest benefit to me was being woken up during the right time in my sleep cycle. Instead of feeling groggy, I wake up feeling refreshed. The Sense does this by tracking your sleep and timing when you fell asleep to gauge the best time to wake you. It also tracks how often you're in restless sleep (would indicate light sleep) I have the 1st gen version which doesn't have voice control but even without it, the sense is fantastic. The app provides useful insights into things like humidity, temp, air quality, room lighting, and sound. With a wave of my hand (over the device) it gives me a color-keyed glow to tell me if the sleep conditions are ideal, or anything but. The company that was setup to manage "Sense" supposedly was going away but that was to happen in July, my Sense still works perfectly and I've installed it on a new device and reset the sense entirely so new setup shouldn't give you any problems. For $60 this is a great deal, I paid $100 for my 1st gen version and I don't regret it at all.
