It's kinda hard

Even on sale, I felt ripped off.

That's about the extent of what my 10-year-old son got from this. "Yeah! A present to open!" After that, it all went down hill. Maybe it's too tough for him. Maybe it's too tough for me. But even following the instructions perfectly, it was tough to get this toy to perform the way it claims it should. It was in the trash by new years. Don't waste your money on this. Yes, it seems like a great idea and I love that more and more toys are STEM toys, but this one missed the mark.

Poorly designed

The pieces went together fairly easily, but the "gears" shift while trying to make the car move and lock up. After many attempts, the car was abandoned and the pieces have been repurposed into other projects.
