Assembly was not too difficult. If you start pedaling while you go through a curve, the motor kick in a little unexpectedly. Other than that, it id really fun to ride.

Bought 2 Cityruns, one for me and one for my wife 18 months ago after seeing it ranked at the top of a leading consumer magazine. As its name implies, it's a great bike for us to ride to our downtown area restaurants, library, coffee shops, etc. Also ride them along a river trail and travel with them. Solid built. Smooth ride, good brakes, electric assist is helpful especially in given situations. Shock absorbers guarantee a smooth ride. Lights, horn, turn signals, cell phone holder, all the features are fantastic. Couldn't recommend the City Run any more highly.

Assembly not the easiest, had to go on YouTube. Handlebars move so still have to adjust it cuz it keeps moving from upward position to down but my son loves it

Great Bike. This bike is a tank. In 3 weeks I put on about a 150 miles. I can go over 100 miles on one charge.I use a lot of my own pedaling when I can and it seems to work well for me. The bike is well made and very comfortable to ride. So far I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Bad bad bad After only 10 days running, the motor gone off. For warranty, you only need to buy it at heybike only.

Have only ridden bike twice but loving it so far. Very well designed bike and the extras like signal lights and horn are nice touches! Seems to have been designed by someone who actually rides bikes as a commute! Buying from BestBuy was pretty seamless. Only problem is it was delivered at the bottom of our first floor apartment and left in the rain instead of under cover at our front door. I was worried about the electrical components and it was too heavy for me to move it myself.

Cityrun - a very comfortable and powerful bike

I liked the Cityrun so much that I purchased TWO of them. I keep one in my home in Memphis and another in Denver where I visit my daughter frequently. It's comfortable bike that is cruiser-style. I'm 68 years old and do not like being hunched over when riding. It's a quality, easy-to-ride bike that has a powerful motor that can easily get up the steepest hills. I highly recommend it.
