    When shows look more grayed out, and you have trouble distinguishing the characters, you know there's a problem. I have tried to tweak the settings but to no avail. We try to watch movies with all the surrounding lights out, and it still shows poor contrast. The TV is less expensive than most of its size, and I really like the Roku, but the quality is low. I noticed Best Buy has none on display for demo purposes. I think TCL makes better quality Roku TVs at a similar price.

    Just got this TV from Best Buy. However, unless I find a solution before the return policy is up, this is going to go back. Getting really bad blurriness and pixilation watching movies sometimes. (see attached image) It doesn't matter what app is used, I have gotten it on Youtube, Showtime, Netflix, etc. Has anyone else had this issue or has any solutions? I called Hisense and created a ticket, but no answers yet. I also called Roku just in case and they don't have their call in customer service active due to Covid-19.

      Hello Jas, Thank you for your interest in the 75R7070E2. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the television having being pixelated. Please try checking for a software update. If there is no software update available please perform a factory reset on the unit. To perform a factory reset, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset, and then highlight Factory reset everything. Read the information on the screen to make sure you understand what this reset operation does. To proceed with the full factory reset, use the on-screen number pad to enter the code displayed on the screen, and then select OK to proceed. When the factory reset operation completes, the TV restarts and displays the first Guided Setup screen.

    I bought this TV on Black Friday and have to say I was really disappointed I was watching tv and realized large portions of the picture fuzz out sometimes.

    So me being the honest guy that I am, I must say that I was disappointed when my wife told me she bought me a 75" TV for our new living room and it was not a Samsung or LG or Vizio. You know, if it's not from one of the big players in the TV game then it can't be any good right? Wrong! After my begging her to exchange it and pay more (way more) for a different brand attempts were futile, I finally hatched another plan....I would install the TV and let her see how terrible it is and she will want to return it! Well, that didn't work either because after turning it on seeing all the features and streaming some 4k content I was absolutely blown away. I love this TV!

    I purchased the Hisense Roku TV. I researched and viewed all the popular 75" models. The big guns, Samsung and LG as well as TCL and Hisense. The picture on the Hisense was just as crisp as the other models for a tv of this size. The biggest difference was the price. Samsung and LG are at least $300 more for similar models. Plus the Hisense comes with the Roku package. Clearly a great tv for a great price with the Roku tv bonus. I definitely would tell people to check out this brand before making a purchase.

    Excellent TV! I’ve learned the hard way that brand names (such as Sony) isn’t better. My Sony TV which costed at least $1,000 more quit working; the lighting went out and there was no display. Replaced the Sony with this Roku Hisense which turned out to be far better than the Sony! Great picture and built in apps; very easy to use. Roku Hisense is the BEST value for your money. I highly recommend this TV! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    We love to entertain our guest and this TV is perfect for it. We used it for movie, karaoke, and games. We literally use this tv everyday and I couldn’t be more happy. Here is pro and cons. Pro: Price Size Roku Con: The 35mm Jack is Too powerful to support a cheap karaoke mixer

    This tv is nice, very easy to use. I love having the built in roku. Since we already have a roku in every tv we were very used to the remote and how it works. The picture is good but it would glitch sometimes. I saw the glitches when watching Netflix, when watching a DVD and when playing a video game. They didn’t drive me crazy but did bug my husband and daughter. Sadly this tv only lasted us one month due to a very competitive game of Wii sports (no fault to the TV, all blame to my son and a broken wrist strap) We replaces the tv with a Samsung.

    So far a really great product. Great price scale and great smart technology. For a first time smart TV owner this is a great product with simple and easy functionality. The 4K is amazing and its great for live sports. So far no problems but I have read reports saying that the common issue is that a USB port will stop working. I have yet to see any issue so far. I plan to have this TV for quite some time and I will have to see if it last. This is a very good investment and I highly suggest this brand for everyone that doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg for "name brand". Go get one if you haven't already..

    First, the Roku platform gives you the best of both worlds which means I can get all my old apps and combine those with the ones they would not let me use because they were in competition. Size is great, color is great, could be a bit brighter on movies but all in all a good buy. Remote has Alexa so that helps with getting around and I use the air antenna as well for local channels and Roku makes it easy to switch back and forth.

    First of all, I'm not a TV picture/audio snob, so if you are, this review might not help you. I bought this on sale for $699. I got it home, and it was easy set up. Each leg goes on with 2 screws, and bam, it's done. I turned the TV on, and it walks you through a couple of steps to get WIFI, etc set up. Easy as can be. The pictures seems to be clear, and the audio does as well. Nothing crazy to report. I'm sure there are people out there that look at certain features / effects that TV's have, and in that case, I don't know how it would rank. But for just a normal person, looking for a good deal on a large screen TV, this fits the bill!

    Only had the tv for about a week, but it operates very smoothly and all the apps run quickly. The picture is 4K and when streaming Netflix in 4K the picture is stunning! My LG I paid more for in the 65” not long ago has a better refresh rate, but picture is about the same. Very impressed with the build and operation of this tv. Got it on a BB daily deal for $599 and it’s worth it’s full price or more. Only con if you are not using a receiver is there are 3 HDMI ports. Most new TVs now have 4-5.

    I bought this TV with no great expectation's on Cyber Monday, I believe you get what you pay for. I picked it up about a week later. Brought it home & it sat in the corner of the room for another 2 weeks because I knew what I was in for transferring all my old home theater hook up's to the new tv, I'm still not done. HOLY CRAP this things Amazing !!! I've been making subtle adjustments & changing out or upgrading some of my older equipment & cables (i.g. New Dennon 4k UHD 7.1 Receiver, New Sony 4K UHD Blu-ray player, New 4k UHD compatible HDMI cables) & it just keeps getting better. You might spend 2 or 3 Thousand dollars more on another mainstream brand But I cant imagine what kind of eyesight you'd have to have to see a difference. I bought it with my MasterCard so that automatically DOUBLES THE FACTORY WARRANTY !!. Will it stand the test of time ? We'll see. Just remember this piece of equipment is only as good as what it's being fed. It has the capabilities of 4K UHD but will not produce it on its own, You have to have the supporting equipment to supply it with that kind of resolution ! I would imagine reading some of the other reviews about having a blurry pictures is not the TV's fault but the signal its being fed or the adjustments. My Pictures Beyond Perfect !!! At this point I couldn't be happier with my purchase !!! Thank You HISENSE Keep Up The Good Work !!!

    Only had for a few months; but so far a very great purchase especially at $599..Everything works, Roku is a excellent additional ! This model is now hard to few at many BB locations so if you find one even at $699 (normal price) you will be complete feel good about the purchade

    You can not beat the price for the size TV you are getting. I love the fact that Roku is built in and the 4K uhd is amazing. I have experienced some ghosting with the picture during action sequences but this is the exception not the rule. I usually have buyers remorse but I have had this TV for over a month and not a single bit of regret. I love this TV!
