I’ve had it for a month now and no complaints. Really snug fit and great protection. I’ve not taken my phone out since my purchase. Seems to be a little difficult to do so. A little lint is trapped inside so eventually I will need to take my phone out.

Muffled and easily scratched

This make calls as neither participant can hear eachother without raising our voices almost to the point of yelling. The clear plastic on both sides is also easily scratched. The little nob for that lets you turn your ringer on/off is also very stiff. On the upside, it does keep your phone pretty protected from water and the case is easy to take on and off. The case also looked really nice on my phone before it started getting scratched up

Please reinstall the case with the following steps, that will improve the sound quality right away: Insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case FIRST before fully inserting the phone into the case. And when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port is open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the port still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio port, then close the plug. I haven’t fully submerged my phone but it is splash proof. The only thing is the quality of the speaker has reduced since putting on the case but that was expected.

When you place the phone inside the case, make sure the audio/charging ports are open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the ports still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio ports, then close the plugs, see if that works. My phone remained safe while it was accidentally dropped in both water and on rocks. The case is still in great shape. The only downside with the case is that it is difficult to hear sound while the case is on (it’s a waterproof case, so yeah). Overall, I loved the product. This is my to go case for hikes!

It’s only been a month but so far so good. After multiple trips to the beach it seems to be pretty water proof. I do think it will show scratches and I worry about the rubber piece that plugs the hole for the power cord but hopefully it holds up over time. I wish life proof cases were more durable like they used to be. Hopefully hitcase will be.

Outstanding Protection

However, the only thing that I did notice is that the volume is a little low when the phone is completely sealed inside the case. Other than that, the case is strong and sturdy. Not Worth It

I bought this particular case for one reason. The case is designed to protect the entire phone. I liked the fact that like the Lifeproof cases, it is slim and not bulky. The latter is the only reason I chose it over the Otterbox case. I regret it. The first issue I had was trying to place my phone in the case without silencing the ringer. It was only after coming to the review site and finding someone else's review or response that I was able to do so. I've never had so much difficulty before. The second and most annoying issue is that I could not use easily use the ring/silent switch. Instead of having a switch similar to the iPhone as a Lifeproof Fre case does, this one has a dial/ knob that is impossible to turn when the phone is in both pieces of the case. The only time I was able to turn the knob was when the phone was only sitting in that part of the case which really makes having the case rather pointless. Needless to say, I bought another case. II only used this case for a day.

Posted .Lucee, really sorry to hear about your experience. The knob could be compared to the shoes' zipper. Hard to open and close for the first few times but getting easier with the time. Also, the ringer-knob could be turned on a quarter back or forth only, probably that's why it took so much effort to turn without success.
