Laggy, some features don't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been wanting an oil diffuser and I really want to like this one, knowing how much time my husband spent researching before purchasing this one for me for Christmas (and not to mention the cost)... but it has been nothing but frustrating. It didn't come with instructions, though they're easily found online. After studying the instructions and trying to figure out why certain features weren't working, we've concluded that we must just have a bad unit. The music feature doesn't work, the remote is extremely laggy (we've tried changing the battery twice) and after not even 2 months of use, the wooden lid has a huge crack in it (it wasn't dropped, etc... no idea what it would be from). Very disappointed given the price point and good reviews. I will say that while it's diffusing, it does smell amazing and can be smelled throughout the house, though it's strongest in the room where it sits.
