Previously purchased the shiatsu model of the HoMedics vibration neck (believe also from Best Buy), and includes the heat option. This model has smaller plastic protrusions that performs the massaging function as compared to the older version, which has very prominent hard half spheres that can really "dig" into the neck. Personally find the older model to be superior (but I also prefer hard or deep tissue massages). The newer model may be better for someone who typically requests medium or soft massages at a spa. Purchased as a Deal of the Day which was very competitively priced.

I am very picky about products like this. I really wanted a neck massage pillow that would provide heat only, massage only, or both heat and massage. This one offers massage only or heat with massage. I hesitated to buy it, but at a price of about $20 and with Best Buy’s liberal holiday return policy, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying it. I decided to keep it and I use it frequently. The heat is a comfortable temperature and I like the 2 massage settings that provide vibration. I gave it 4 stars because it works well but I would have given 5 stars if it had a heat only setting. Then it would be perfect!

It’s been over three years since I purchased this and I’m still using it. The heat is great for my neck after a long day of work and it not too hot but just right. Totally worth it.

Easy to use. I just don’t like that fact you have to hold it down on your neck.

This is the perfect neck massager. It massages the way fingers would and the added function of heat is a real bonus. The amount of force you exert when pulling down on the straps determines the intensity of the massage as well as it's built in two levels of low and high.

Not bad for the price but it gets a little annoying having to use the hand straps to pull the massager into place for comfort and to distribute the heat evenly. But overall it’s a good product that will give some relief to aching neck and shoulder muscles.

This neck massager was a great buy for us. It fit well and was comfortable around our necks. The massager works well and the added heat is nice. It never got too hot for us so that was another added bonus. It helped worked out the kinks in my husbands neck.

Mild neck pain and migraines were reoccurring with my previous job. I purchased this and would find myself using it 2-3 times a night when id get home, and it always would relieve the days pain.

Works well wish it didnt have to be plugged in and had more power but works well

I saw this advertised late at night on tv but saw best buy was selling it for less. I wasn't expecting it to be this good for only 20 bucks. I have bought other ones priced at $50-$100 in the past and they weren't as good as this. It works so well that I ordered a 2nd one for a family member. If you have neck or back problems from working or sitting in a chair to long, this is a must buy! It automatically shuts off after 15 mins, but you can easily turn it back on. The heating feature makes it even better.

Its okay for the price I paid. Its portable and safe. it turns off by itself once its been on for about 15 min.. sitting in the right spot you'll even fall asleep..

My wife loves it relaxes while watching a movie and soon goes to sleep

Eh. It’s ok for what it is. Glad it is inexpensive because it only works so so. You are able to power through dc batteries or plugged in. It does not have a rechargeable battery. It says it heats but I couldn’t determine when or if it was actually heated. Works fine as a standard neck pillow just don’t expect much more than that

Wife loves using this while watching TV. She says it is very relaxing and helpful for sore neck muscles.

Very comfortable. Heat feature is very good to have. Can be used as as a travel pillow easily. If there is a button, it will be awesome
