Heat fnx is only on the balls of the massager from what i can tell BUT my gf likes everything else abt it so thats a win. It also has a fxn where it tirns off on its own after a lil while… or mines broken but who knows. (Also i got this on sale for like $85 so my opinion is based of that, not the $120 or whatever it is o7)

I got this for my wife and daughter who have regular back and shoulder tightness. My daughter is on the smaller/thinner and though it works fairly well for my wife, it does leave my daughter feeling sore sometimes. The track bumps up against her spine, (again a petite issue with less volume of muscle surrounding her spinal column) the balls that knead don’t quite hit her in the spots that really need work. It seems like a great product, slim in features but well built. But doesn’t work in my daughters case. Works great on my wife and myself. Got it on sale and then got a a price match because it was even cheaper. So that's a plus!

This model has a nice vibrating feature that the other one didn't, but less selection on customizing the massage rolling balls. Does not go up into the neck and shoulder area. But overall it works for me.
