This is a nice sleek unit that takes up little space in my room. It worked fine for about a week and then began to shut down after an hour until finally it wouldn't come on at all. I returned it and ordered another. It was warped at the top, but I thought I would try it anyway because I liked the concept and design. It worked for about three days and started shutting of after 5 minutes. So I returned it too. I would love to have one that worked well, but there is obviously some kind of mfg flaw. The price is too high for the poor quality in performance. Not worth it. It's too much when I have to keep returning it to see if the next one will work like it claims. Too bad.

I reviewed many models before buying this humidifier for my bedroom. I saw two bad rating for this product and still took risk and bought this item from Bestbuy 2 weeks back. It works awesome and I'm extremely happy so far. No water leak and issues as mentioned by previous two reviewers. Price looked high for me specially because I was using a 35$ humidifier for last one year - only then the problem was filter gets really bad soon and changing filter more often was pain. this model doesn't require a filter that needs to be replaced often and again the cool mist that comes gives a fresh feeling in room. Only cons k are : 1- price lil high 2- refilling the tank is not that easy. I take to my kitchen sink and fill filtered water (this might not be possible for everyone) Otherwise this is the best humidifier I can suggest.

The refil cap is situated at the bottom of the water container; that makes it very cumbersome for seniors to refil the water container especially when it gets wet and slippery. Otherwise good for the price. I liked the" hot" and "cold" feature. But when on "heat" the water runs out sooner than the time the manufacturer states it lasts.

I have had this product for 2 years and it continues to work well - I primarily use at night and get 2 full nights out of one refill. I have had no problems will leaks and it’s very easy to clean compared to several other models - The shape of the refill tank is a bit awkward to hold while refilling and get back in the unit. It has a night light that annoying you cannot switch off. I have also bought the smaller I gallon unit which I think is better to use and also get 2 full nights out of it – the tank is an easier shape to hold, refill and has a nice carrying handle – it also has a night light but you are able to switch off that I like. I have tried many similar products and for the money these two 1.4 and 1 gallon units are great value, easy to use and very important very easy to clean,

I have had mine for over a year now. The 1st unit broke after 1st use, but this one has been a keeper. Only draw back is that you have to refill it every 12 hours when running on any setting other than low. I also have the smaller 1 gallon version on a different floor and it gets tiring filling up the canisters 4 times a day.

Looks great. Worked great the first night, but then when I set it up for the second night it started to leak everywhere. Looked online and this has happened to many others.

First one worked for 3 days, then started leaking everywhere. Returned. Second one worked fine for 1 month. Now it works about 1 hour and automatically shuts off.
