BETTER THAN LAST HUMIDIFIER

Honeywell replaced a Frigidaire that stopped removing water. This is a much better design than the 6 year old Frigidaire. Filter is easier to clean and the hose attachment for direct draining is in a much better place. So far so good with this product.

This dehumidifier is very quiet when running. Only downside is the collection bucket is smaller than my prior dehumidifier, requiring the bucket to be emptied more often.

Purchased two units. The first one had a temperature sensor failure out of the box requiring the unit to be returned. Purchased second unit from Best Buy. The second unit had an E3 error code that Honeywell said was a refrigerant leak. The compressor no longer ran or collected moisture from the air. Was forced to return unit again. Not a reliable product. Go with another manufacturer for a dehumidifier.
