I really like this floor cleaner however i wished the scrubbers really scrub the floor.

As an owner of a first generation floor mate, it was time to replace the old model after years of heavy duty use. With all the upgrades to the newer model I had expected it to be superior to its predecessor, unfortunately that was not the case. Not only were the scrubbing bristles too soft to actually scrub the tile but the seals were unable to make solid contact with the floor. Subsequently the machine did nothing but smear cleaning solution all over my floors and as such was returned for a refund.

I had a floor-mate years ago and am so happy to have one again! I love the way it squeegees back up all the dirty water!!!

its ok wish I like it more better for wood floors.

Our old one died, we just bought the same type because we liked the old one. This model is a improvement over the old model.

Since my floors are all tiled I have used this hoover cleaner since. This is my second one. The 1st one lasted for 6 years

Works great, but cleaning filter and tank after use is inconvenient.

Love this unit to clean my hardwood floors a must have.

I purchased this floor steamer because I really wanted a cleaner that not only sprayed out clean water and cleaner fluid but also sucked the dirty water up off the floor and didn't just push it around like most hardwood floor steamers. This machine leaks and if you use the spin brushes they get so soaking wet that the machine cannot deliver on its promise to "dry" the floors. I was so frustrated that I had to abandon using the floor steamer and went back to a steamer that utilizes microfiber cleaner pads.

I was very excited to get this and try it out!! Unfortunately, my experience with it was not a fantastic one. This cleaner is average at best.

Leaves streaks behind. Bought as a gift for my mom. She doesn't even use it any more.

I love this product. It cleans really well. It even dries. I don't have to pull out the vacuum to get little crumbs because it will do that too. It has three settings, Vacuum, Scrub, and dry. Only thing that is disappointing is it is very loud like a high pitched vacuum sound. And I have to make sure I remove the solution tub after use if it still has some water left or it will make leak onto the floor when being stored. Other than those two things which are minor it works like a dream.

I bought this for my staff to use at my office. They told me it wasn't worth it. They preferred a $20 manual push mop instead.
