This vacuum really sucks! However, that is what it is supposed to do.

Within 2 months of purchasing this item the roller stopped working. Replaced belts and followed Hoovers "tech" videos which were crap. The Bluetooth app is garbage. You could not get me to recommend this pile of garbage to anyone, save you money and get yourself a better vacuum. One of/if not the worst vacuum I have ever owned. Wish i could give a 0 star rating

This was our 1st swivel sweeper took a few uses to get use to. The maneuverability is incredible. Only issue is its a slight hassle to use the hose as you have to separate the unit.

This vacuum gets 5 stars it’s works great . That’s why we always buy the Hover brands

Sweeper is awkward to push and not very easy when using the attachments. Awkward design.

We purchased a home that the had "premium plush" carpet installed by the people we bought the house from. While it feels heaven, vacuuming it with the vacuum we already owned was an absolute misery to work with. I had to psych myself up to vacuum, and that's saying *a lot* when you consider the fact that I love cleaning. The main living area carpet has a dense pile that my vacuum wouldn't move through. I would have to push it forward and lift the vacuum when I pulled it back to me. That wasn't working so well, because if I wasn't lifting the vacuum *just so* it would suction to the carpet. (And before you ask, yes, I did adjust the vacuum height.) The bedroom carpets are also "premium plush", but have a lower pile. So low that the brush would only skim the surface and not suck anything up. Since we have a teen, a tween, a cat, and a dog who sheds like only a Chow can, my carpet looked like a nightmare for a week while I researched vacuums. After reading about how only ridiculously expensive vacuums like Miele, Oreck, Soniclean, and Dyson (and, by the way: there is no such thing as a digital motor. Egads) were going to work on my equally ridiculously expensive carpet, I chose to put my money on this vacuum. Long story short: it's amazing. It works beautifully on the carpet, adjusted seamlessly to the solid surfaces (worked just as good as a Swiffer or broom) and area rugs, maneuvers easily 8" or so under furniture like couches and chairs, got reaaally close to the baseboards, and the detachable duster tool cleaned my ceiling fans like a champ. I've already vacuumed twice, just for the heck of it.

Initially I love this vacuum but it soon started causing troubles. The brush roll is in operable half of the time and you have to wiggle things just right to get it to actually go. I don’t believe I will ever buy another Hoover product again
