This thing is light, maneuvers well, and had great suction. We have been extremely impressed with it.

This is an excellent vacuum that gets the job done. Ran into a slight issue and called Geek Squad, choose the callback feature which said it was 33 minutes. An hour and 20 mins passed and I received the call with an automated message saying they will call me in 2 minutes. As I write this review, I still haven't the callback. So unprofessional. Five stars for the vacuum and zero stars for customer service.

This was a wonderful purchase. I bought this because we were in desperate need of a new vacuum cleaner. Little did I know this new purchase would alleviate me from ever having to vacuum again. My wife looks forward to vacuuming and I never knew that could exist. 10/10 would definitely buy again

Sucks it all right up! Gets all in the crevices. Lightweight and easy to handle.

Cleans well however it’s kinda heavy. Not easy to move through corners.

Great suction, picked up dust our old vacuum did not. Easy to maneuver. Handy accessories. We love the flexibility this vacuum offers to clean stairs and tight corners. This isn’t the lightest vacuum cleaner but works well with its capabilities.

I bought this because I have pets and hardwood floors. The transition from my area rugs to the hard surfaces is amazing. The wand has great suction. And the lift off canister is a life saver. I just cannot figure out where to attach the larger attchment. Even with that I highly recommend.

I like this vacuum for my hard tile floors. We have 4+ pets at all times. This vacuum can handle all the animal hair and has great suction. Its a little awkward if you have to lift and carry it by the handle but overall it was worth the price.

This vacuum is beautiful and does a great job. It has good suction when you are using the on board tools and attachments. It vacuums really well and you can tell it is picking up all the dirt. Your floor looks really good after using this vacuum. I love it.

Had a Shark that couldn’t get the job done more than a few times before being useless and had to be traded in. This time I was done with the games and traded up in a big way! Love this and bragged so much about it my best friend bought one the next day!

Almost bought an expensive Dyson. Very happy I didnt, this is a great alternate. Great power, the floor sense is very responsive, the hand carry makes for agile cleaning. Only con so far is it is a little heavy and runs warm, but totally worth it.

Works great! Had to get use to bagless, but like it now. Picks up dirt great.

Hoover has always made great products. I feel they are getting overpriced for the quality and performance. This model is better my previous models, but not for the price.

I clean my vacuum every time I do a full house vacuum. This vacuum is easy to take apart and clean, My house is very large and this vacuum made it so much easier and made the stairs a breeze to clean with the lifting canister.

I was very pleased with this vacuum. It was easy to assemble and my 5th grade daughter can even use it without any problems. One of the issues we were having with most of our other vacuums was the lack of power in lifting debris from the carpet. We also had tangling problems where dog hair and other debris would get tangled and it required constant cleaning or taking a part to untangle. Haven't had that issue with this vacuum and the sensor that tells the vacuum whether or not you are on hard floor or carpet is great. It makes the change automatically without you having to manually adjust to accommodate the surface. Highly recommend. Was a good price for the quality of the product.

Glad to replace some old ancient heavy vacuum with this lightweight and versatile machine. I've only used it a couple of times, but it does the job on thin office carpet!

Easy to use. Nice that you don't have to change settings from carpet to floor. All the tools fit nicely on the vacuum, except we couldn’t find a place for the steps attachment.

Quiet and easy to use, great vacuum for an apartment so as not to annoy the neighbors. One negative, there is no place to put the upholstery attachment on the vacuum itself.
