We have three kids and two very large hairy dogs. We vacuumed 3 times a week; for the past year. This vacuum was great until the plug broke. We did get the 24-month protection plan with it and are bringing it in for repair. Prior to this issue, the vacuum cleaned very well, on all carpet levels and our tile floors. Hopefully, the repair will be quick and easy.

Great little machine, 5 floor settings makes it easy to clean any floor surface, good attachments including one to clean ceiling fans, good suction, easy to clean

Awesome vacuum. I bought this one particularly because i needed one and i hate putting the cord back on a vacuum. Once done i just unplug this one and hit the pedal and it rewinds back up into the vacuum. The only downside I would say for it would be the loudness of the vacuum itself. Runs a lot louder than most newer ones.

I was so excited to get my new vacuum. The Hoover windTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Bagless is exactly what I wanted. I really like that I don't have to wind up the cord anymore. The vacuum itself is very powerful and easy to use. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this vacuum to replace my previous Hoover. I am pleasantly surprised at how efficient this vacuum is. It is very user friendly and does a great job of cleaning the carpets and the bare floors. The retractable cord feature is a plus and so easy to use. I wasn’t expecting such good performance, as the price was a lot less than others which were similar in features. The vacuum came with various attachments that help with day to day cleaning. I would recommend this product.

I have always used a Dyson Animal. I needed a cheaper vacuum to use to pick up animal hay, fur, debris. I did not want to invest a lot. This is by far a great product, it has amazing suction, great tools to get in corners. The cord automatically wraps up in the machine so no crazy cords. It is now being used as a main vacuum. The one downside is it is heavy and does not self propell. The finished result is actually worth it.

Retractable wire. No more rounding up the wire manually. Step on the button and it pull the wire. Cleans great too

Best vacuum I have used so far love the way it works and looking forward to using it for the next few years. Picks up every speck of dust. Have no complains. Cable retractor is great option especially after using the vacuum you donot have to roll up the cable. Super ease of use. Only bad thing I would say about it is that it’s heavy. But still worth it if you’re not concerned about the weight of the vacuum.

Reason for a three stars is that I was looking for a vacuum cleaner and this is the only one that was reasonable in my account I purchased it brought it home and I thought it was a very good one but as a year or two went by I felt that it was too heavy you weren't able to clean up stairs the attachments were fall off the side of where it hung it was hard to clean it made more noise than most other vacuum cleaners it did it's purpose for its time I wouldn't recommend it to go back to it again but if it's still there it is okay to get yourself started

This was a really good vacuum. Easy to clean, great suction. I didn’t have too much trouble maneuvering it around would have bought it again if it was available.

It sucks, as a vacuum should. I like the retractable cord and it is Easy to empty. The downside is it is really heavy compared to my previous vacuum and the roller brush is really loud when engaged. If I had been able to see it in the store first, I probably would have passed on it.

I purchased this vacuum to replace A Windtunnel that I owned for about 15 years. Although the old one was still working, it had seen better days and it was getting more difficult to get bags for it. As I have a cat, a vacuum for pet households is essential. The Windtunnel 2 seemed to have the right amount of features and power at a good price. Assembly was easy and very quickly I was vacuuming the floors to get ready for the delivery of a piece of furniture. I was amazed at the amount of dirt it picked up. As the canister was half full after vacuuming the room, I also learned how easy it is to empty the canister. The cord reel is a nice feature, no more manually winding a long cord on the handle. There is a good supply of accessory tools including an extending wand, crevice tool, flexible brush head and a "turbo" nozzle. The accessories store neatly on the vacuum so you have everything you need at hand. All in all, I'm very pleased with my choice. I got an excellent upright vacuum at a good price. What more could one want?

I got this on Feb 17, 2020. Been using it for almost two years. well, a few months ago the vacuum hose attachment stop suctioning. The attachment never really did a great job. Good thing I always buy Geek Squad protection on all my products. I must say this vacuum is okay for the price. What I like the most about it is that it has a retractable cord (easier on my back) and that it's bagless. I have two short hair dogs. it cleans very well. I am disappointed that this didn't last long at all. I am not sure if I am getting the same model or I may ask for the store gift card to buy a better model. It's a bit heavy since I live in 3 story house and sometimes it gets rough to move the vacuum and to vacuum on my carpet depends on my back sometimes it feels like I have pushed it hard and pull it hard while vacuuming My carpet is a little plush but not too deep it does suck a lot of debris up very well but It just cheaply made not build to last long it seems oh and also it sucks it doesn't have build on light onto it.

Loved this vacuum!! Worked extremely well getting pet hair and dander out of the carpet. Also used on my hardwood floors. I used this numerous times a day as we have a large family and big dogs and it lasted 5 years. You are able to disassemble and wash the canister parts and reusable filter. Highly recommend!!

Purchased as a secondary vacuum to the V8 Dyson, I also have the predecessor made in 2016. Cons: -cord is shorter than most vacuums -many other attachments included…..but, the vacuum doesn’t have holders for them -bulky -louder than it’s predecessor Pros: -cheap -easy to remove canister -hose extra long -suction is strong even when canister is full -easy to clean filter/canister

I give this vac 5 stars all the way around. Very powerful and not that noisy. Easy to maneuver and a snap to put together. The cord rewind was a little difficult at first, but once you figure it out it works good too. No complaints.

For its value, it does an incredible job! It may not look like a fancy vacum it might be bulky but its great. My only complain is the on switch... its way too low. Wish it was on the top part.

Very easy to assembly and very easy to clean. It has great suction, really seems to pick everything up. I really like all the attachments that came with it. My only negitive is that I wish it were a little lighter.
