i love this vacuum. It runs very quiet compared to others with its competitive suction

If you want a great vacuum and you don't want to spend $400 this could be the one for you. I love the easy empty canister and the auto rewind cord. The only thing I don't like is the cord being so close to he bottom. I have run over it plenty of times already but it has not affected it yet. Accessories stay in place. I really like this vacuum.

Seem like every time I turn around I have to wash the filter out which means I then cannot vacuum for 24 hrs -48 hrs gross so I am buying an extra filter to help so I can change it while the other is drying seems to work well and picks up a lot of dirt

The hose and particularly the pet attachment don't get enough suction to be fully effective. The cord rewind generally gets stuck multiple times while winding itself up. Could also use a duster attachment like on some models to be more useful. Suction on main vacuum seems good. Only worth getting on heavy sale (like I did).

Loving my new Hoover WindTunnel 3. Light weight enough that it doesn't wear you out to vacuum. Good suction, easy to use, works great on pet hair & the bagless container empties easily. This vacuum is not as noisy as my previous vacuum either.

Vacuume works great for pet hair. Works great on all types of floors. Wish it was lighter though.

the whole concept of pushing the entire machine over every square inch of your carpet seems wrong but it was affordable compared to the much higher priced competition. suction is very strong, perhaps it will wear down. cannot use the bare floor 0, or 1 setting on my carpet as it just grabs on and holds tight like a stubborn dog on a leash

Our biggest problem with our last vacuum was that the roller would continue to spin when trying to vacuum the stairs with the hose or otherwise. That would burn out the belts and roller. This one doesn't do that and actually stops the roller. Suction is also great and it picks up plenty. As a homeowner with two long-haired cats and two small children, we leave a lot on our carpets and this vacuum has thus far performed very well.

After purchasing my first bagless vacuum cleaner and only lasting me for a little over 2 years I needed a new one. My father always taught be to research everything even if it is for little things. This product is my results and the most bang for the buck!!! Would recommend this product to anyone, especially if you own pets!!

I looked at three vacuums from three different manufacturers for about a week and a half before settling on this particular product. Our Concept II finally bit the dust after serving us since 1980. (Yes, Hoovers will last THAT long). I wasn't sure Hoover had stayed QUALITY merchandise over the years, but decided why not. Turns out this was an excellent decision. It picks up everything it is supposed to and even pulls up more dog hair than our old one. Our one year old Eureka from the office didn't get the dog hair and cannot pick up small pieces of gravel that we track in from our drive way and it is military jet loud! The really great thing about this one is that it is whisper quiet compared to either the Eureka and our old Hoover. Fairly easy to push around and light enough to carry up a spiral staircase to do the upstairs loft. The Concept II weighed a ton. All in all, we could not be happier and Best Buy pricing made the deal ever so worth it.

The suction is very good, the cord wrap is great, and the tools are easy to use and access.

Bought this for a second house, where we were using our own hand-me-down vacuum. We have a small but long haired dog (Cavalier Spaniel) that does some shedding, and the old vacuum wasn't getting everything. The first time through with new vacuum, we picked up a huge amount of hair, and other dirt, that the other vacuum just wasn't getting. Vacuum was relatively easy to set up, just a little tricky a one point. I can't imagine that the high price vacuums would do a much better job. We didn't want to spend a huge amount of money (this cost $140), but want a good cleaning, and the WindTunnel 3 is delivering. This won't get heavy duty weekly use, so we expect it to do a good job for many years.

This vacuum has worked great so far! I have 2 dogs and a cat and was in need of a powerful vacuum for all the pet hair. This has done the job nicely and at a relatively good price. It was easy to assemble and is easy to empty and the filter is washable which is a nice feature. It is a bit heavy, but not a big deal.

Cleans very well. Having mostly carpets throughout it does a really good job overall getting almost all of the hair up off of the carpet. Also a huge noticeable difference from my old vacuum cleaner. I did a lot of research prior to my purchase and am happy with it so far. It hasn't been very long but I'm hoping with the same care I showed for my previous appliances it will last just as long if not longer.
