I'm alway hesitant to believe reviews of products, but this one lived up to all the hype.

Love this vacuum.I use it every day for pet hair. No issues at all with it.

I have been in search of a new vacuum and had used several sources before purchasing this Hoover. It was poorly made, did not function well and was incredibly loud. I cannot in good conscience recommend it. However I can't say enough about the customer service representative at Best Buy when I took it back. She was wonderful ! They gave me my credit and I hope to buy a vacuum from them eventually. Still trying to decide which one.

I had fun assembling my vacuum. All has been good so far.

Certain functions not working from the moment it came out of the box. Clunky to operate. Not as reliable, versatile or functional as old Wind Tunnel versions.

The hose constantly gets clogged up. Dirt doesn't seem to get all the way to the bag. We have to disassemble it to clean it out every few minutes.

I was very disappointed. While suction at the end of the hose was adequate pickup of dirt from a medium pile carpet was very poor, even for dirt on the surface. The rotating brushes on the on cleaner were weak, and contact of the vacuum to the rug surface was inadequate. We got this model because we didn't want a bagless cleaner. However we will need to get something else.

I bought this vacuum after my 22 year old Hoover finally gave out. I knew that I wanted a Hoover since my last one lasted so long--this sweeper does not disappoint! I wanted a bagged model, and I looked at a couple of other models before selecting this one. I love that it has 7 height levels, including a special setting for bare floors. The 29-30 ft cord length lets you vacuum multiple rooms without having to stop and switch outlets--the attachments hose is extendable to 17 ft, and is very flexible and easy to use. I originally thought that I might like a model with the dirty/clean indicator light--but with this sweeper--there is no need for that--I know my floors are clean! This is a sturdy, quality sweeper at reasonable price. FYI--Best Buy matched a lower price that I found online.

After my Hoover Windtunnel finally died after 23 years I decided to purchase the same model vacuum since the first one lasted so long. This newer model is way better than the older model in every way from the amount of suction, the hand tools, and newer features and the ease of use. I highly recommended this vacuum.

This is a great vacuum. I have had a Windtunnel bagless and a cyclonic bagless - they both worked well but emptying was always such a mess. The HEPA bags are great, I love the vacuum lines I can see on my carpet - lets me know that it's getting down deep! It's got a longer cord than others, which is very handy. Putting it together was easy. Paid $149 - a price match from a competitor - I'd buy it again without hesitation.

I was a bit wary due to reviews on some other sites, but so far it's no complaints. It's got great power and cleans on the first pass easily. Has nice self-propelling action and easy to maneuver. It's a bit noisy, but hey it's a vacuum cleaner.

I wanted another vacumn that was dependable and really cleaned well. After owning assorted vacumns at various prices and cleaning all sorts of flooring in various homes, I think Hoover is a really well-priced item. If you can remember to ALWAYS buy at least 12 amps of power, you can never go wrong. 12 amps sucks up anything on any surface. No regrets EVER with 12 amps of power.

I was a little leery about buying a vacuum from Best Buy, but with their price-match guarantee I thought it was worth a try. I did later find the vacuum for less at Sears and had no problem getting the price matched and money back. Overall, I like this vacuum. It is a good deal for the price given the features and performance so far.

this vac. picks up better than a bagless one, easy to clean, just throw the bag away.

Vacuum works great. We wanted to give a bagged vacuum a try and it does a much better job of picking up cat hair than our bagless one. It's a tad heavy but all bagged ones seem to be heavy.
