Kid lives it! Fantastic Christmas present. Will updat woth kore in the future

I purchased this item for my children as a Christmas gift, but it didn't even last a full year. I bought two, and one of them turned out to be defective and wouldn't hold a charge. The most frustrating part is that we exceeded the warranty return timeframe of 90 days if I recall correctly, which was disappointing.

Worked great and was really fast until it just stopped charging. Hopefully that problem is fixed soon.

So compared to the one my other child had this is bigger. Bluetooth works well and loud and the bigger tires even let out roll through grass. Very pleased

This is a great product, had bought it to replace a lesser product, that never worked after it came out of the box, Santa brought it, and in Maine,cant use it outside till about April or May. To late to return then, this 1 works and it better and bigger, and wheel isnt falling off. Other 1 useless!

Seemed like a great product the first few rides, but then it just stopped charging. Reached out to customer service andwere told that the 90 day warranty window was closed. Very expensive purchase to only last a few rides. Absolutely would not recommend as this seems to be a trend for this product.

Rides smooth and pretty fast. And the lights are pretty cool.

Seems to be better put together than most boards. She loves everything about it.

Arrived damaged Twice but once good unit received, the Hoover board is great to Hoover around.

Got it for our daughters Christmas present. It has something rolling around on the inside. Turned on briefly and would turn off but we got it to work a couple times thinking we just didn't know what we were doing. But that was not the case.

It came before Christmas is the only good thing I can say. My granddaughter was so excited when she open the box. But when we took it out it had a crack on the side & a piece was broken off. We wrapped the box it came in. Now trying to get an answer from Best Buy on when the new one will be sent to replace it. They said I would get an email, nothing, tried again, said it was in to be UPS out but still no email & nothing about being re shipped. I'm a little upset with Best Buy on the way this has not been handled right.

I am pleased with the prompt delivery, however, I am very disappointed the box it was shipped in showed the contents as it was a Christmas gift.

Item came in a timely manner and is even better than expected. I love Best Buy and have never had any issues with products or online ordering.
