Its heavy for the average person and kind of awkward to carry. My son really like it at first because of the bluetooth them we noticed that it did not hold a charge any longer than the cheaper balancing board. The large wheels are better for rough terrain but we are not as satisfied with the price vs ease of use and battery life we thought we would get. Folding doesn't really make it easier to transport as it is heavy.

Got it during the December 2023 sale for $120. I have to say that honestly, everyone was super excited and had a great time on the tryouts- all 9 users between ages 7 to 40+. It came charged at 17% and 5 kids test rode it and picked up on the balancing in like 5-10min flat! On the beginner mode, kids enjoyed learning to balance and go over little obstacles like an uneven floor or random legos on the floor. After 20 min, they were buzzing all over the house and even begged to go outside which they did the next day. As for the grown ups, we were slower than the kids to learn how to balance but got the hang of it pretty quickly. We bought 2 of these beauties including 2 more 6 inch wheel Hover1’s and they didn’t disappoint AT ALL. In fact, after attaching the go-kart attachments to the smaller Hover1’s, the kids had soooo much fun and cant wait to go out or let their friends borrow them. After riding all 4 Hoverboards for around 1.5-2hrs, the smaller ones run out of battery but both of the larger ones (Rogues) still had 20% life remaining. A word of caution though, wear a helmet and pads- once the unit hits max speed, it will beep warning beeps to warn you to slow down. If one doesnt slow down, it will slow down but wont stop abruptly due to safety concerns. At high speeds, and as a newbie, it was shaky since I wasnt used to balancing without anywhere to hold onto and it almost feels like snowboarding which I like. Overall, we all love, love, love love these Hoverboards. Bluetooth Speakers, large wheels, customizable lights and modes (beginner, moderate, and expert levels) makes me want to go outside for a “run” as soon as I can find time. Highly recommended for all users.

I got this for my son’s birthday as a gift. I put it on charge for more than 8 hours and it still doesn’t charge. I have to try returning it back to the store

Christmas gift. Came out of the box broken. Got a great sale on it but there were no more in stock. Had to bring it back for refund before the deadline and lost the great sale I received. The manufacturer was no help either. Very dissapointing. Best Buy just stood by their policies, unable to make it right. I lose. End of story.
