I bought this laptop for my Mother and she loves it. It's features are very easy to use, it works great for what she needs it to do, and there have been no problems at all. She is very happy with this and loves the touchscreen feature.

Love this laptop. Fast and easy. The case is not fancy or colorful but functions well. Easy to use. Would like to have lighted keyboard. Perfect for office, games and watching movies. A little bigger and heavier that the smaller screens like everyone else has but for the price you can't beat it.

This laptop practically set itself up right out of the box! It has tons of storage!! The touchscreen is a breeze and it makes using this computer so much more fun with the multiple options available to operate it. The only thing I don't like about it is that the keyboard doesn't light up.

My main PC is a self-built, hyper-mega-Oculus Rift processing beast...my travel computer has been a 'end-of-era' (2010) Asus Netbook, which could not tolerate streaming video during last year's camp trip (utilizing On-Star Wi-Fi from my vehicle) - so, this HP was ordered up and put to task for my 2018 campout. IT PERFORMED FLAWLESSLY - watching Netflix & Amazon Prime streams without a hiccup. I was a bit concerned about it 'only' being a i3 CPU, so I popped in a Samsung 860 EVO SSD immediately after first power up, performed data migration, then a fresh Windows install after the 'big' April update corrupted during installation. Results are a five second boot time from hitting the power button. The 'clean' Windows install eliminated all of the HP 'bloat-ware', and the HDD/SSD swap took about 15 minutes after looking at HP's maintenance guide. Only (minor) knock on the thing is the quality of plastic for the body - kind of like a cheap model kit. But at under $400.00, overall awesome...

Good laptop. The touch screen makes it easy to navigate. The laptop is very responsive. It streams video at real time speeds, and it can handle web browsing, shopping, and email with ease. It was value priced, and I have access to support 24/7.

Purchased this laptop to replace one that had become too old and slow. It works great. I am pleased with the purchase. I have been using it literally every day since I purchased it as a personal computer at home. I recommend it. Can use it as a touch screen as well.

This computer checked all of my boxes. It is touchscreen, has a number pad, plenty of storage, a CD/DVD drive, and a slot for my memory card to easily transfer photos. The speakers are loud and the picture is great for movie watching. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Based on my daughter whom I bought the computer for school, she loves it, it is definitely light weight, fast, touch screen works great. NO complaints at this time, works very well from the box.

I purchased this laptop 5 months ago. I absolutely love it. The touch screen feature is great. The computer is fast and durable. And It stays charged a long time. I’m going to buy my son one for Christmas. Great quality laptop for a good price.

I loved this laptop from the start. I use it daily (at least 5 hours each day). The touchscreen is an unnecessary bonus but makes navigating more enjoyable and simple at times. I didn't think the lower-end processor from Intel (the 8th generation i3) would do that great of a job, but it has yet to let me down. It handles everything that I throw at it. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the build quality of the back of the screen. It's made of a light plastic that seems loose around the edges on some parts. I would highly recommend this laptop to college students and average-use users. I almost went with a Chromebook, but am so happy that I went with this instead!

Nice laptop computer. The touchscreen feature is great and the memory is more than sufficient but it is a little slow when loading programs. Good entry level model, it works fine for my needs.

This laptops operating speed and storage is overall good. Would not recommend for gaming but it is not a gaming computer. Takes awhile to load up after first starting up but then is fine.

This laptop lives up to the HP standard for excellent performance with this feature packed model. As an owner of several HP devices over many years, you will be pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for this laptop!

Very affordable and quality laptop. Perfect for average tasks like browsing, word processing. Lots of memory and fast processing speed, but could be a little faster given the newness.

Bought for my online classes. The touchscreen was helpful when using xcel in my statistics class as well as the numeric keypad on the side. Would recommend as it was very affordable and gets the job done.

My husband got this as a quick replacement for our last laptop that suffered an unfortunate accident. He didn't want to break the bank, but still get a nicely performing system. This fit the bill!

love the touch screen, use it more than i thought i would. seems a little slow to my other computer but you can't beat this for the price, got it on sale for $399

Easy to setup. All the programs are running smooth. Love the big touch screen! My daughter loves the paint program & drawing pictures with her fingers! Easy for school research & writing papers.

I went from a 5th generation to 8th and doubled the speed. Works great. No lag while browsing at all. Touch screen is a nice addition for gaming.

I wanted a new laptop for basic every day use at home, and this one fills that need. The speed and battery are very good, and the touch screen feature are a plus. I would recommend this model.
