Great price. I needed a second work computer, this servers its function. Plus I like the big screen. HP is my go to in laptops and printers.

The laptop works for me as it serves its purpose. I can surf the web, read my emails and, stream shows while I am cooking. I don't do heavy work or streaming on it because I don't need to. I like the size and weight of the laptop. I gave it four stars because the battery life doesn't seem long enough, However, the laptop will be perfect for me to travel with.

I recently had the pleasure of using a product, and I must say, it was quite good overall. However, I found the display to be somewhat lacking. Despite this, the product was still quite nice at its price point. I would highly recommend it to others who are looking for a solid option without breaking the bank.

Inexpensive and it works. The colors on the screen seem washed out and faded, that's on me for trying to save a few bucks, I should have gone for a more expensive laptop. I clicked on 'no' in the would you recommend category, only because of the lack of color, and Word pad is gone which I used frequently but that is Windows 11 and not the fault of this laptop.

I guess the only downside is that the keyboard is not backlit but everything else is fully functional

This laptop is perfect! I’ve bought other laptops but this one is incredible. I used it for DJ gigs and no problems with it at all.

Works well for my needs, very good price plus the peace of mind, knowing I can count on Best Buy for a backup should I need help.

I purchased this computer in excellent condition as an open box and it was practically brand new. It starts up real quick, it’s perfect for browsing and I’m able to work remotely through zoom and I have no problems at all. The screen is a little washed out and I wish it had a backlit keyboard are my only complaints.

I don't do graphics anymore, so all I really use my laptop for now is writing, music, and internet surfing. This is perfect those things. Plus, I got mine for a sweet price. The only knock is I wish the keyboard was backlit.

For the price it is great. My last two laptops were a lot more expensive. As far as I can tell it isn't much different.

I love my laptop. Its convenient and love not having to carry my mouse around since it is touchscreen.

Very capable for a student laptop. Runs all of my essential needs, AI co pilot is helpful and videos stream very clearly.

Main use for the laptop is to be a home computer for basic functions so I can't speak to gaming or intense processing for work or school. But so far I'm pleased with it. Keyboard is great for typing. Wish the power button was not next to the backspace and delete buttons. Screen is nice and bright. Touchscreen is a little sensitive. When shopping online, quite a few times I hit merchandise I didn't want while trying to scroll. Battery life seems to be strong so far but as mentioned, I haven't put the laptop through its paces.

Very good for the price paid. Good features. Performance wise it was good, looked sleek and had good battery backup.

This is my first hp overall im pretty satisfied its easy to navigate. The only complaints i would have are there is no removable battery and the battery dies rather quick and also the computer itself fells very light and in a way cheap but it dose work well and i like it.
