The color on the website suggests copper tints, while the actual machine is silver with hints of yellow. The picture and an answer from HP indicates there is an SD card slot. There is not. There are no privacy shutters for the camera, not even digital, so tape is required to give privacy. Battery is supposed to last 8 hours, mine lasts about 3-4. This is my first new computer in years and I was so excited by the web description, but sadly the actual product sold is not the one described and pictured. I checked with customer service and the machine I received is correct but not what was described.

The price from Best Buy was lower than both internet stores and the local big box stores.
