    I've had it for a while. Says up to 1400 prints. More like 1000 regular documents so it's a little deceiving.

    Second time I've purchased this item Always works as described. Delivery was on time. Returning the used cartridge was smooth and easy at our local Best Buy store. The staff is always friendly and very helpful

    What do you say about printer ink? Except that the cartridges are quite expensive in my opinion - $69.99 for black purchased in the store and $74.49 EACH for three color cartridges ordered online! Nearly $300 to replenish the laser printer with toner/ink at one time! Have only just installed them, so cannot speak to how long they will last and how many pages they will print. The cartridges installed easily. There is even a free return label to send the used cartridges back for proper recycling. Thank you HP!

    This is the standard HP toner cartridge for my printer it has four different toner cartridges black magenta cyan and yellow so I just got the black one. Easy to open and put it into the printer bed. Pages print like realistic photographs ...no stripes!

    I bought this product to replace an empty toner cartridge. It does exactly what I need it to do for my compatible printer. Not the cheapest, but at least it was available when I needed it.

    Cartridge is fine. Owner with little computer knowledge installed it fairly easily. Wouldn't/won't print from computer. Asked for husband's help. No luck yet. I'm using his printer.
